Study On The Education Function Of Logistic Service In Primary And Secondary Schools

As an important part of school work,logistic work enables orderly progress of education,teaching and scientific research activities with elements like human,finance and materials and provides teachers and students with working,learning and living guarantee so as to complete the school tasks in a systematic way.The main responsibility of logistic work is to provide service and the basic goal is educating people.To pursue educational functions is the essence of the school logistic work.Especially in deepening educational reforms and promoting the quality education in an all-round way,the logistic department should do a good service guarantee job,fully tap its potential education resources,so as to continuously optimize the working mechanism,innovate the work mode of service-based education,and strive o highlight the educational function of the school logistic work.In addition to the statement of contents and educational attributes of the logistic work of primary and secondary schools,the author also analyzes the necessity and importance to fulfill the educational functions of the logistic work.With 10 primary and middle schools in Y city,Hunan Province as objects,the author conducts an in-depth analysis on the status and influence factors of the logistic work and educational functions in primary and middle schools by questionnaire survey and interviews.Results show that at present,although most leaders of primary and secondary schools realize that the logistic work can develop the educational functions,and have made some explorations and achievements,there are still obstacles to the fulfillment of the educational functions.For example,the school has not paid enough attention to the fulfillment of the educational functions,logistical employees lack sense of responsibility and mission,the management mode of the logistic department restricts the fulfillment of the educational functions,the logistic department's grasp for key links is inaccurate,and the logistical educational resources fail to be fully developed and used.The main reasons for these problems lie in the educational functions of the logistic work have only been realized but not completely implemented in schools;quality of logistic employees is variable;the educational evaluation system is yet to be set up,and the logistic management has not been refined;the logistic work needs to manifest the labor education and the supervision of food safety needs to be reinforced.To overcome these difficulties and explore effective countermeasures to fulfill the educational functions of the logistic work,we should update the education concept,relocate the educational functions;strengthen the logistic team,enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of education;innovate the service mode and establish the evaluation mechanism;improve the safeguard mechanism and focus on key links;increase departments collaboration and build a bridge to give full play to the educational functions.
