Classroom atmosphere is not a new but always existing topic.Classroom atmosphere affects students' learning and teachers' teaching,which is the basic premise for the smooth progress of classroom teaching.Therefore,it has always attracted the attention of many front-line teachers and scholars.Classroom atmosphere is a kind of emotional appeal produced in the specific environment of the classroom,which can produce a strong emotional experience for the teachers and students in it,and this kind of emotion can react on the classroom atmosphere and affect the classroom itself.The moral and rule of law teachers in junior middle school must construct a positive classroom atmosphere according to the specific content and characteristics to improve the teaching effect.This study is divided into the following four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation.The second part is the theoretical interpretation of the construction of the positive classroom atmosphere of moral and rule of law course in junior high school,including the concept definition and theoretical basis.The third part is the requirements and principles for the construction of positive classroom atmosphere of moral and rule of law course in junior high school.It mainly analyzes the characteristics of moral and rule of law course in junior high school,the requirements for classroom atmosphere and the principles for the construction of positive classroom atmosphere.The fourth part mainly USES the questionnaire method,the interview method and the observation method to discover the existence question in the classroom atmosphere and analyzes its reason.The fifth part is the countermeasures of constructing a positive classroom atmosphere for moral and law courses in junior high school.It puts forward the countermeasures of constructing an active,life-style,democratic and supportive classroom atmosphere from four aspects:teaching in fun,teaching in environment,teaching in management and teaching in emotion.
