The course of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school is a course to initially cultivate middle school students' moral awareness and concept of rule of law,to help students have good moral character,establish the concept of rule of law,and promote the healthy growth of young people,so that they can observe public morality,abide by the law,love the motherland,and be courageous in their lives.The main channel of ideological and political education plays a guiding role in the formation of students ' values.General Secretary Xi Jinping has led China into a new stage of development.The rule of law has become the basic way of governing the country.The country and society have higher requirements for citizens' awareness of the rule of law.The cultivation of awareness of the rule of law in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior high schools is a comprehensive advancement.The inevitable requirement of governing the country according to law and the core literacy of disciplines is also the effective implementation of the fundamental political task of "building morality and cultivating people",and it is also a practical need for the healthy growth of middle school students.Middle school students are the pillars and hopes of the motherland.The cultivation of their awareness of the rule of law is related to the future development of the country and their own healthy growth.The junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" classroom is the main position for the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law of junior high school students.The important role must be highly valued.To this end,the author uses the classroom as a foothold and textbooks as a basis to explore the problems and countermeasures in the cultivation of the rule of law awareness in the "Ethics and the Rule of Law" lesson in junior high schools,and effectively improve the awareness of the rule of law of the junior high school students,so as to implement the law awareness of the junior high school students in the "Ethics and the Rule of Law" lesson.Cultivation is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is the definition of the concept and the analysis of its important significance in the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class in junior high school.Starting with the connotation of the rule of law and the rule of law,clarify the meaning of the cultivation of the rule of law awareness in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior high schools,and explore the rule of law in the junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" from the three perspectives of the core literacy requirements of the curriculum,the needs of students,and the needs of national development The meaning of consciousness cultivation.The second part is the analysis of the problems and reasons in the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class in junior high school.Using the method of empirical investigation,the main problems in the cultivation of the rule of law awareness in the current "Ethics and the Rule of Law" class in junior high schools are analyzed: Some junior high school students are not actively involved in learning,some teachers do not implement the teaching goals of the rule of law,improper design of the content of the rule of law in the textbooks,and the lack of innovation in the teaching methods of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law.The reasons for these problems are that some junior high school students have poor self-consciousness and low level of awareness of the rule of law;some teachers have solid thinking and insufficient ability;the school cultivation goals in the test environment are utilitarian,and parents ignore the cultivation of junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law and lack home-school cooperation.The third part proposes countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior high schools,mainly including giving full play to the students' subjective role in the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course,and giving full play to teachers in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course.Leading role in the cultivation of rule of law awareness,improving family members' rule of law literacy to achieve home-school synergy,increasing the school's emphasis on the junior high school "ethics and rule of law" course,strengthening the construction of the rule of law culture campus in middle schools,and attaching actual teaching cases.Hope to achieve the unity of theory and practice.
