With the general trend of economic globalization, vertical specialization has gradually become the main way to participate in the global value chain.More and more developed countries transfer the production processes with low added value in the production chain to developing countries for international specialization.China's participation in vertical specialization is deepening, especially in the service industry. This dissertation makes an in-depth analysis of the relationship between the degree of vertical specialization in China's service industry and the wage gap, constructs a multi-factor model that affects the wage gap in China's service industry, and empirically tests the impact of vertical specialization on the wage gap in China's service industry.Under the theoretical model of wage impact wage, this dissertation analyzes the transmission mechanism of vertical specialization to affect wage gap.The analysis of the 10 service industries analyzed the present situation of the vertical specialization of the service industry, and found that during 1995-2014,the international vertical specialization division of the international vertical specialization in China's services was not significantly deepened, and even decreased, and the trend rose with fluctuations before 2005,but fell after that. The gap in salary gap between the service industries during 1995-2016 has been found to widen the wage gap between the overall upward industries, the biggest wage gap is in the financial sector and the further expansion of the financial sector, and the wage gap in all services in the time period has been the largest in 2002-2008.This dissertation makes an empirical analysis on the salary gap in China's service sector, and the effect of vertical specialization on the industrial gap is positive, considering the impact of the global financial crisis, and the sample is divided into two sub-samples of 2002-2008 and 2009-2014,and the results show that the difference in the degree of vertical specialization of vertical specialization in different periods is different, but it is all positive.Because of the industry's own nature, the influence of vertical specification on wage gap maybe different, this dissertation divided the service industries into labor-intensive service industries and capital-intensive service industries,as well as knowledge-intensive service industries and non-knowledge-intensive service industries, and further research on the wage gap of vertical specialization, which found that the vertical specialization of vertical specialization has a significant positive effect on the wage gap in the labor-intensive services industry, and that the wage gap in capital-intensive services is negatively affected.Vertical specialization will significantly reduce the wage gap in knowledges-intensive services, but there is a significant positive impact on the wage gap in non-knowledge-intensive service industries. Finally, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions for comprehensive consideration of the development of China's service industry and the reduction of salary gap in the industry.
