In recent decades,China has begun to study the problem of learning burnout.Learning burnout discussed in this study refers to the psychological state that junior high school students hold a negative attitude towards learning.In the learning process,students lose their interest gradually in relevant learning activities,because of the pressure from the school and schoolwork and the low sense of achievement in learning.It represents the middle school students' efficiency in study go down,their interest in study weakens,they are bland to classmate,all kinds of behavior problems emerged,and they feel more tired in body and mind.Under the background of cultivating students' core literacy,self-directed learning ability can help improve students' learning burnout.In addition,the school climate has a certain impact on learning burnout.In this study,641 junior high students in a certain district were selected as the research object.It used Adolescent Learning Burnout Questionnaire,Middle School Students Self-directed Learning Orientation Scale and Middle School Students Perceived School Climate Questionnaire as research tools to learn from junior high school students' burnout.It studies the relationship of learning burnout,self-directed learning orientation and school climate from middle school students learning burnout,and put forward the corresponding measures to reduce the phenomenon of students'learning burnout.It provides a certain theoretical basis for the reform of education and teaching for junior high school students,and to a certain extent enriches the relevant theories of school psychology,educational psychology and school psychological counseling.At the same time,it hopes that the physical and mental health of junior high school students can be healthy.This paper uses descriptive statistical analysis,variance test and regression analysis to analyze the data.1.It is found that junior high school students' learning burnout is significantly related to self-directed learning tendency and perceived school climate.2.Self-directed learning orientation and perceived school climate have predictive of learning burnout.Self-directed learning orientation is a mediator of school climate and learning burnout.3.There is no significant difference between junior high school students' learning burnout and gender,grade and school.4.Junior high school students' self-directed learning tendencies,perception of school climate and gender,grades are different.It is found that boys are more likely to suffer physical and mental exhaustion in terms of learning burnout,and lower achievement in grades 8 and 9 is higher than grade 7;boys have stronger self-directed ability.For girls,the self-directed ability of grade 7 is higher than grade 8;in the perception of school climate,the relationship between girls and students and handling learning pressure is higher than that of boys,the relationship between teachers and students in the seventh grade is better than that of the eighth grade,and the order and discipline of ordinary junior high schools are better than The district is focused on the middle school.
