| High school students in a critical period of life growing, they should cherishtheir golden period, but the reality is not optimistic, ubiquitous learning burnoutphenomenon, some schools are still very serious. Learning burnout of studentshave such characteristics: learning is free, no plan, learning method is backward,do not pay attention to learning strategies, self-directed learning ability is poor, andstudents of the school learning atmosphere is not very strong. Is there arelationship between scholars on the junior high school students perceived schoolclimate and learning burnout is studied, the relationship between the tendency ofself-directed learning and learning burnout and there is no research report.Based on the above observations and current research foundation, this studyconducted a questionnaire survey of three variables, and analyzes the relationshipbetween three variables. Conclusions are as follows:1.The results show that learning burnout and self-directed learning had asignificant negative correlation; learning burnout and school climate has significantnegative correlation.2.Self-directed learning and the students perceived school climate respectivelyon the learning burnout have significant predictive effect. Ariance of two variablestogether can explain47.6%variance of learning bumout.3.Self-directed learning has a partial mediating effect, mediating effect ofschool climate for learning burnout is not completely through the self-directedlearning of intermediary to achieve its effect. School climate has a direct effect onlearning burnout. |
