| In order to explore the relationship between perceived school climate and learning burnout of junior high school students,as well as the role mechanism of psychological capital and parent-child communication in it and the difference of demographic variables,503 junior high school students from three middle schools in Qiqihar and Mudanjiang,Heilongjiang Province,were effectively investigated with the Adolescent Perceived Campus Climate Scale,Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,Parent-child Communication Scale and Adolescent Learning Burnout Scale.The results show that:(1)There are significant differences in junior high school students’ perception of school climate in grades;There are significant differences in grades and main caregivers of junior high school students’ learning burnout;There are significant differences in junior high school students’ psychological capital in grade,whether they are only children,father’s education and mother’s education;There are significant differences in parent-child communication between junior high school students in grade.(2)Learning burnout of junior high school students is significantly negatively correlated with perceived school climate,psychological capital and parent-child communication;Junior high school students’ perceived school climate is significantly positively correlated with psychological capital and parent-child communication;Psychological capital is significantly positively correlated with parent-child communication.(3)Perceived school climate can affect learning burnout through the mediation of psychological capital,and parent-child communication plays a regulatory role between perception of school atmosphere and psychological capital,psychological capital and learning burnout.Puts forward the following suggestions to reduce junior high school students’ learning burnout: first,create a good school climate to improve junior high school students’ positive perception of school;Secondly,carry out mental health education and pay attention to the cultivation of positive psychological quality of junior high school students;Finally,stimulate the motivation for parent-child communication and improve the quality of parent-child communication of junior high school students. |
