A Study On The Morphological Indexes Of Male Athletes In China College Bodybuilding Championships

In recent years,with the upsurge of fitness fever in China's society and the attention and training of colleges and departments,fitness and fitness sports among college students set off a craze,colleges and universities across the country have held many unique fitness and fitness competitions for college students.The 2018 China college student bodybuilding championship was held in Zhuhai,Guangdong province.Through this competition,it not only shows the high athletic ability and competitive level of bodybuilders of Chinese college students,but also attracts more and more attention of Chinese people due to its strong competitiveness and appreciation.Therefore,we should constantly improve the training level and competitive level of college students in our country,so that the cause of bodybuilding in colleges and universities in our country will go further and further on the right road,and become better and better.In this paper,by using the method of documentary,the human body measurement,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the level of Chinese college students fitness bodybuilding championships men's 65 kg,75 kg level,the level of 80 kg,80 kg + level bodybuilder and level of the national sports meeting in the men's 65 kg,75 kg level,the level of 80 kg,80 kg + level between bodybuilder morphological index contrast and analysis of the differences,put forward the our country college students body building project in the development of colleges and universities and college students bodybuilder compared with differences and problems of China's high level bodybuilder.The result shows:(1)the training level of bodybuilders of college students in China is lower than that of the national high level bodybuilders.In terms of morphological indicators,the specific performance is as follows: in terms of morphological coverage index,bodybuilders of college students are lower than those of national high level bodybuilders;In terms of sebumthickness,bodybuilders of college students are higher than the national high level bodybuilders.In terms of the Quetelet index,college bodybuilders are lower than the national high level bodybuilders.(2)Bodybuilders are closer to the golden section value than the bodybuilders in China college bodybuilding championships.(3)Chinese college students fitness bodybuilding championships bodybuilder sebum thickness is larger,and the national sports conference high level bodybuilder sebum thickness gap is larger.(4)Chinese college students bodybuilding sports project in the south of China's colleges and universities to develop better,mainly in Hubei,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Sichuan colleges and universities.(5)In recent years,under the strong support of Chinese bodybuilding association and Chinese university sports association,more and more fitness and bodybuilding competitions for college students are gradually emerging and starting to go on the right track.Many excellent bodybuilders emerged in the competition and achieved excellent results,and were selected into the national team after the game.Only by constantly attaches great importance to the scientific selection work,to further strengthen special teachers' team construction in colleges and universities,strengthen the scientific research of bodybuilding project continuous attention and support,the school college bodybuilding,raise the scientific level of fitness training,attaches great importance to college students bodybuilder and restore a healthy diet,etc to strengthen the construction of the college students body building in China.
