Objective: To investigate the age-related changes of muscle strength of knee flexors in middle-aged and elderly people aged 45-64 years in China;to study the age-related changes of muscle strength of knee flexors in different middle-aged and elderly populations On the basis of the above research, the basic database of muscle strength of all ages is established, which provides a basis for data collection and analysis of the basic database of muscle strength in China, and provides guiding suggestions for physical exercise for middle-aged and elderly people.Research methods: This paper mainly uses literature data method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method for research and analysis. The muscle strength test system adopts the intelligent equal length muscle strength test system produced by Orient Company.Recruit volunteers in Taiyuan City.Results:(1)There were gender differences in the muscle strength of the knee flexors in the middle-aged and elderly groups, but there was no left-to-right difference(p<0.01).The gender difference is that the average male muscle strength is greater than that of female, and the average muscle strength of each age group is about 1.5-2 times that of the female corresponding age group. Moreover, the change in female muscle strength was more stable than in men(p<0.01).(2)The muscle strength of the knee flexor muscles of the male and female middle-aged and older groups showed a gradual decline trend(p<0.01),but the female showed a small upward trend in the 60-64 age group(p <0.01).(3)There is a difference between the male and female sex in the age group where the muscle strength begins to decline. The left knee joint of the male begins in the 50-54 age group, the right side starts in the 45-49 age group, and the left and right sides of the female Beginning in the 45-49 age group, the age at which the left knee joint began to decline was earlier than that of men(p<0.01).(4)The age nodes with rapid decline in male and female sex were between 55-59 years old(p<0.01).(5)The muscle strength of the knee flexor muscles on both the left and right sides of the middle-aged and older people in the three physical exercise habits showed an overall age-related decline trend, and the mean value of muscle strength was: regular participation group > occasional participation group > Do not participate in the group(P <0.05).(6)There are gender differences in the trend of muscle strength in the middle-aged and elderly groups of the three physical exercise habits;the left and right sides of the middle-aged and elderly people who regularly participate in and occasionally participate in physical exercise begin to decline from the age of 50-54.Trends(p<0.05);while women began to decline from the age of 45-49,but showed a small upward trend in the 60-64 age group(p<0.05).The male and female who did not participate in physical exercise basically showed a downward trend from the age of 45-49 years old,but the males were not statistically significant(p>0.05),and the females were statistically significant(p<0.01).(7)In the comparison of the descending speed, men occasionally participate in physical exercise group than in regular exercise group, but only55-59 years old and 60-64 years old age show differences(p<0.05),while women only In the 55-59 age group, occasionally participating in the physical exercise group was greater than the regular participation in the physical exercise group(p<0.05).(8)With the increase of age,the muscle strength of the knee flexor muscles of middle and old people in different occupational groups will show an overall downward trend(p<0.05),and all five female occupations are from 45-49 years old.The downward trend began to appear(p<0.05),while the male,middle-aged and older groups engaged in professional technology, agricultural production and production and transportation occupations began to decline from the age of 45-49 years old, engaged in business, service industry and administrative management occupations. The age ranged from 50 to 54 years old(p<0.05).(9)Male and female middle-aged and elderly people engaged in production and transportation occupations The muscle strength of the knee flexors is generally greater than that of the other four occupational groups at all ages,V and there are significant differences except for the 60-64 age group.(p<0.05),but its overall rate of decline was higher than that of other occupational groups(p<0.05).(10)Gender,age and physical exercise habit all have influence on the aging change of muscle strength of knee flexor group in the middle and old age.By incorporating the three factors into the regression equation,it is found that only gender is a high influencing factor, while age and physical exercise habit have a low influencing factor.Conclusions:(1)There are gender differences in the muscle strength of the knee flexors in the middle-aged and elderly population. The mean muscle strength of men is greater than the mean value of female muscle strength, but there is no left or right difference(p<0.01).(2)The muscle strength of the knee flexor muscles of the male and female middle-aged and older groups showed a gradual decline trend, but the females showed a small upward trend in the 60-64 age group(p<0.01);In the middle-aged and elderly people, the muscle strength of the left knee flexor muscle group is different in the age group that begins to decline. The main performance is that women are older than men, while the male and female middle-aged right knee flexors are not showing gender.Differences(p<0.05);the age nodes of the knee joint flexor muscles with rapid decline in male and female middle-aged and elderly groups were between 55-59 years old(p<0.01).(3)Participation in physical exercise has a certain positive effect on the age-related decline of muscle strength. For women, the muscle strength of participants participating in physical exercise has increased slightly in the 60-64 age group(P<0.05).For men, increasing the time and frequency of physical exercise in the appropriate time and frequency range can significantly delay the age-related decline in muscle strength of male knee flexors in the 55-59 age group and later age groups.(P<0.05).(4)With the increase of age,the muscle strength of the knee flexor muscles of the male and female middle and old aged people in different occupational groups will show an overall downward trend(p<0.05),while the occupational differences are only shown in the production and transportation occupations. There were gender differences andoccupational differences between the other four categories of occupations;and the age group that began to show a downward trend;the 55-59 age group was the fastest decline in the four age groups(p<0.05).(5)Gender,age and physical exercise habit all have influence on the aging change of muscle strength of knee flexor group in the middle and old age.By incorporating the three factors into the regression equation,it is found that only gender is a high influencing factor, while age and physical exercise habit have a low influencing factor.
