In elderly women in this period,at the stage of menopause,faced with decreased muscle strength,osteoporosis,body composition imbalance;many types of single,simple action,the elderly women in everyday practice,feel boring,unable to hold on for a long time;for some elderly women's movement,the movement of the load is relatively small,can not achieve the obvious fitness effect.Therefore,this study compiled a record for elderly female physiological characteristics and aesthetic orientation of the elastic band aerobics,and through 6 months of practice,in the hope of some elderly women improve the health level,to provide the reference for the elderly women's fitness.This study through the literature to investigate the characteristics of elastic belt of fitness equipment and present situation of the domestic and foreign related research and application of elastic belt,through the health information table in elderly women in the selection of regular physical exercise in elderly women of 17 human subjects,the experimental group of 8 people,9 people in the control group,exercise with the method of intervention for 6 months in the experimental group subjects elastic band aerobics,the experimental group 3 times weekly exercise frequency,exercise time for the 15 p.m.,40 minutes of exercise,after each exercise,rest for 3 minutes,total circulation exercises 5 times,for the low intensity exercise intensity.The control group unchanged to maintain the original walking exercise mode,exercise time,frequency,intensity and the same as the experimental group.At the end of the experiment,the statistics of the use of mathematical statistics on body composition,two groups of anterior and post test bone density,grip strength,back strength four indicators the results of analysis of 6 months of the elastic belt setting-up exercise effect on elderly women's health.The conclusions are as follows:1.Adhere to the practice of elastic band aerobics,can significantly improve and maintain the muscle strength of middle-aged women,especially to improve the effect of low back force is more obvious.2.Elastic band aerobics exercise affects the bone density of middle and old aged women,elastic band aerobics is a more suitable for middle-aged women training methods.It can improve the level of bone mineral density in middle-aged and elderly women,and can effectively prevent and improve osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly women.It is suggested that the middle and old aged women adopt the exercise method of elastic belt setting-up exercise,which can delay the loss of bone mineral density and prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis.3.Elastic band aerobics can effectively reduce the proportion of middle-aged and old women's body fat,improve physical quality,to maintain a healthy body has a positive effect.4.Adhere to the practice of elastic belt exercise,scientific and rational allocation of training time,can be used as an effective way to enhance physical fitness of middle-aged women.
