Analysis On The Influence Of Higher Vocational Education Funds Investment On Economic Growth In Jiangxi Province

The development of social economy is mainly promoted by natural resources,material capital and human capital.After the third scientific and technological revolution,the promotion of human capital to economic growth is more obvious than the advantages of traditional material capital to promote economic growth.Human capital with knowledge innovation ability has become an important force to promote scientific and technological progress and thus drive economic development.The main channel for the cultivation and accumulation of human capital is education and training,and higher vocational education is an important link of China's education system,which is more closely related to economic and social development than general education.The economic development of Jiangxi Province cannot be separated from the support of talents,and the lifeline of higher vocational education,which is the supply of technical and skilled talents,has played a vital role in the stability and development of Jiangxi Province's economy and society.Taking Jiangxi Province as the research background,based on the present situation of higher vocational education funds in Jiangxi Province and the relevant data of regional economic development in Jiangxi Province,using C-D function and VAR model,this paper uses the panel data of education funds and GDP in Jiangxi Province and other three provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in 2007-2016.This paper makes an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the scale and structure of investment in higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province and the development of regional economy.The results show that the investment of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province has a low impact on economic growth,especially in the investment of public finance education funds.The main reason is that the investment of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province is not synchronized with the economic growth,The growth rate of investment in higher vocational education is lower than that of regional economic growth..In addition,the low efficiency of the investment in higher vocational education and the weakness of the investment guarantee system of higher vocational education further restrict the influence of the investment of higher vocational education on economic growth in Jiangxi Province.In order to improve the influence of higher vocational education on economic growth in Jiangxi Province,it is necessary to increase the investment of higher vocational education funds,improve the investment standard of higher vocational education,and establish the guarantee system of higher vocational education expenditure.
