The Study Of Qi Guoliang's Thought On Female Normal Education

Qi guoliang is one of the famous educationists in the history of Tianjin modern education and a pioneer of modern women's normal education in China.This research attempts to from Qi guoliang woman normal education thought as the main line,with its woman normal education practice as the auxiliary,try to induce Qi guoliang woman normal education system of thought,reveals the characteristics and historical limitations of woman normal education thought,thus extracting Qi guoliang woman normal education thoughts of enlightenment.This research adopts the literature method and the historical research method,the main content consists four chapters.The first chapter summarizes the life of Qi guoliang and the activities of women's normal education.The second chapter systematically summarizes Qi guoliang's thoughts on women's normal education,including its function,purposes,objectives,curriculum,and teaching methods.The function of women's normal education is to revive women's learning to save the country,alleviate family conflicts and give full play to women's specialty.The purposes of women's normal education is to train excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools and normal schools.to develop and perfect educational administrative talents,and to develop womens specialties in advanced academic research.The objectives of female normal education is to serve every school and fulfill the mission of normal education.The curriculum of women's normal education include basic courses,self-cultivation courses and compulsory elective courses.In terms of the teaching methods of women's normal education,we should create a strong style of study and attach importance to practice.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the emergence of women's normal education thought of Qi guoliang,includina the emergence of women's school thought prompted by the rise of feminism,the rise of women's school and the increasing demand for female teachers.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics of the thought of women's normal education of Qi guoliane and expounds its enlightenment for the present.Characteristics include the emphasis on female characteristics,publicity of female expertise;Specialty setting highlights the characteristics of home economics education;Form a curriculum system with basic knowledge,professional knowledge and educational knowledge as the main content.The inspiration of Qi guoliang's thoughts on women's normal education is that teacher education is the foundation of education.Home economics education is the key to improve the quality of home economics industry.Educational planning for sustainable development is crucial.
