A Study On The Practice Friendly Values Problem And Countermeasures For Higher Vocational Colleges Students'

The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the report of the 19th National Congress clearly stated that it is necessary to actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values.The refined 24 words highlight the contemporary Chinese spirit and the common values pursued by the Chinese people from the three levels of the state,society and citizens.Friendly values are important contents of the socialist core values on the individual level.It is not only the moral quality that individuals should possess,but also an important factor in building a harmonious society and building beautiful China.Higher vocational college students will be highly skilled and applied talents who work on the production,construction and service lines.How to grasp the characteristics of this group of college students in higher vocational colleges,and implement the effective implementation of friendly values education into their study,life and future work,and let them continue to practice friendly values for a long time is an important and meaningful,far-reaching research.The thesis focuses on college students in higher vocational colleges and aims to explore the problems that arise in the process of practicing friendly values.The thesis starts with a clear source of friendly culture and uses empirical methods to conduct a questionnaire survey on the status quo of college students' practice of friendly values.It is found that the values of friendly values of college students in higher vocational colleges are generally upward,but among them,There are still some problems,and through the analysis of the survey results data,interviews,and summarize the reasons for these problems.Based on the survey,it is found that college students in higher vocational colleges have problems with practicing friendly values,such as weak responsibility,focus on personal gains and losses,lack of trust and indifference,and loss of network information.The causes of these problems are the impact of social unhealthy phenomena,the deviation of friendly value recognition,the lack of family-friendly education,and the relaxation of self-friendliness.By identifying problems and analysing the causes of problems,we finally proposed ways to increase the cultivation of friendly values from the four levels of society,schools,families and individuals.For example,it proposes to incorporate friendship into the whole process of school education,improve the reward and guarantee mechanism of good deeds,establish a typical media guidance,create a friendly and healthy network environment,use the network platform to open up new positions of friendly education,and higher vocational colleges should pay attention to campus friendly culture.Construction,dare to take responsibility for establishing a sense of ownership.
