Vocational values is a belief that people deal with career and attitudes, or people in professional life out of a value orientation, is one of the factors affecting career choices.In recent years, with the sharp increase in the number of university graduates, the employment problem has become the focus of attention at all levels, has become one of the issues of many scholars.From the past reseach,people mostly focus on the professional psychology, professional values and professional careers Decision-making Self-efficacy,however playing little attention to the relationship among rofessional values, professional careers Decision-making Self-efficacy and personality traits,much more survey on female students in higher vocational colleges. In this study, three vocational schools in Hunan were 594 girls for the survey, the use of Big Five Personality Inventory, Professional Values Scale and self-efficacy scale visits to explore the female personality traits of vocational, professional values and careers Decision-making Self-efficacy and its effect on talent, employment. By statistical software SPSS 11.5, the use of T-test, correlation analysis, the following conclusions:(1) The vocational values of the female students in higher vocational colleges are due to their vocational prestige, health care and development, which shows that female students are more or less blind while choosing careers in the future.(2) Female students from different kinds of higher vocational college are different in their sense of self-efficacy. In terms of solving problems, female students from the women's college are obviously inferior to those from other colleges, which may be the results of the special cultural environment of women's college.(3) Female students in higher vocational college have the following five traits:responsibility, openness, extraversion, agreeableness, nervousness, which will be beneficial to their choice of vocation.(4) The association between the vocational values, self-efficacy in career-choosing and traits of female students in higher vocational college shows that their choice of career are co-affected by various factors.
