The demand for knowledge is more and more,and the knowledge itself is constantly updated with the further development of the information society.It should be a great project to train students' independent learning ability as a new era of Education in the process of mathematics teaching in senior high school.However,there are still a lot of senior high school students learning mathematics knowledge still rely on the teacher in the classroom teaching.It is difficult to allow students to participate in the course of mathematics teaching actively.Therefore,the cultivation of high school students' self-regulated learning ability is studied.Firstly,three independent learning theories are introduced,and the characteristics of autonomous learning are expounded,and the factors that influence self-regulated learning are also analyzed.Secondly,the autonomous learning situation of students in Maple middle school was investigated by questionnaire.The contents of the questionnaire mainly focus on high school students' interest in autonomous learning,the motivation of autonomous learning,the strategies of autonomous learning,the sense of autonomous learning,the ability to monitor self-learning,and the time for independent learning.The findings show that only 26.5% of high school students are interested in learning mathematics,and interest in autonomous learning needs to be strengthened.57.4% high school students in learning mathematics learning method is clear,most of the senior high school students on students' autonomous learning strategies is not enough,to a large extent still rely on the supervision of teachers,learning enthusiasm and enthusiasm is not enough.42.6% of high school students can completely according to their own mathematics learning plan implementation,active learning is relatively poor.Finally,according to the current situation of high school students' mathematics autonomous learning,and combining the actual situation of local schools,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to cultivate independent learning ability.The cultivation of high school students' learning motivation has been strengthened.High school students' consciousness of self-regulated learning is trained.Autonomous learning conditions were created for senior high school students.The process of self-regulated learning in senior high school students is prominent.
