As we all know,high school teachers work under great pressure,especially mathematics teachers.In recent years,the reform of the college entrance examination has become a vane of education in Hubei province,and the challenges faced by teachers and students are self-evident.In contemporary education,the emphasis on student-centered,for teachers'feelings have been ignored,high school mathematics teachers in high-intensity work,has emerged different degrees of job burnout problem.The author has studied some domestic and foreign related literature,and has a basic understanding of the concept,development and Countermeasures of job burnout.Some key high school mathematics teachers in Ezhou are the subjects of this study.The level of job burnout of the subjects can be measured by MBI-ES scale,and other influencing factors can be measured by the self-made influencing factors scale.And interview to study.It is found that teachers' sense of achievement is generally stronger than that of other subjects in high school mathematics teachers in Ezhou.The degree of job burnout is at the mild level,and the two variables,age and teaching workload,make the degree of job burnout significantly different.There were significant differences in gender and salary in the two aspects of dehumanization,significant differences in the dimension of emotional exhaustion in different groups of teachers,mainly in the following aspects:teaching grade,teaching years,marital status,educational background,amount of workThe results of case interviews and questionnaires show the differences in the following aspects:family education,school,social status,student origin,subject characteristics,and teachers'accomplishment.The common problems reflected by the research objects are:the reform of the new college entrance examination is difficult,the salary level is low,the job title evaluation is difficult,the work intensity is large,the social status is not high,the students'interest is not strong,the knowledge renewal is fast,and the opportunity to go out to study is less.The author collects the investigation data,to a certain extent,to alleviate or even eliminate the problem of job burnout,mainly in the following aspects:improve the professional title evaluation system,improve the income level,create rich and colorful learning methods,Strengthen the social identity,learn to self-regulate mood.
