The examination enrollment system is a key link in the selection of talents in the country and has an important relationship with the national development plan.Since the resumption of the college entrance examination system in 1977 to 2013,although the examination enrollment system in China has undergone several reforms,the enrollment system of the college entrance examination is still highly controversial.The examination results are the main basis for the selection and admission,which forms the "what to test and what to teach".Under the influence of this educational utilitarianism,the situation has caused the abnormal development of basic education and affected the implementation and development of quality education.Therefore,a new round of college entrance examination reform is imperative.In November 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the "Decision on Comprehensively Deepening Several Major Issues in Reform".The "Decision" proposed to promote the reform of the examination enrollment system and adopt a reduction of the unified examination subjects,regardless of the liberal arts,social examinations for subjects such as foreign languages and major examination more than one year of examinations.In September of the following year,the State Council issued the “Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examinations and Enrollment System”(Guo Fa [2014] No.35),in which the college entrance examination reform is one of the most important components and tasks in the reform of the examination enrollment system.So far,the new round of examinations and admissions system reform has begun.In the autumn of 2014,Shanghai and Zhejiang province took the lead in carrying out the new reform plan of college entrance examination.In June 2017,students from Zhejiang and Shanghai have taken the college entrance examination in a "" 3+3 " " mode.Chongqing,as the third batch of pilot provinces and cities,has officially announced that it will launch the new college entrance examination reform on time in the fall of 2018.As the organizer and implementer of teaching,teachers' teaching often determines students' learning and the effect of policy implementation.Since officially launched in 2014 the college entrance examination system of comprehensive reform,in pilot areas there are a lot of problems in the process of policy implementation,and for many new areas of implementation of the university entrance exam "New Deal" and not implementing the New Deal in,in terms of mathematics,mathematics teachers may encounter in the process of implementing what problem,how to deal with when they deal with? What should they do as teachers? How can schools and governments help math teachers? In order to solve this problem,this paper through analyzing the new college entrance examination reform,further study of the college entrance examination reform under the new situation,the change of mathematics,combining with the college entrance examination system reform in Zhejiang region of Chongqing high school high school math teacher and the influence of mathematics teachers to explore the influence of the college entrance examination system of comprehensive reform under the background of the problems that high school mathematics teachers may face,and for the current did not implement or just the implementation of new strategies to respond to the high school mathematics teachers in the college entrance examination,in order to improve the teaching effect of the high school mathematics,consolidate the status of high school mathematics science,promote the continuous development of high school mathematics.At the same time,the scholars of the university entrance exam reform of the content and characteristics of the New Deal for countless,but combined with the specific subject of literature is relatively small,the New Deal for the reform of college entrance examination for high school math teacher and impact study of the subject is the few,therefore the study also provide paradigm for the college entrance examination system reform under the background of mathematics teachers research.What influences and changes have the comprehensive college entrance examination reform brought to mathematics? What is the challenge that the college entrance examination comprehensive system reform background high school mathematics teacher faces? Is the implementation of the new implementation of the college entrance examination area of high school mathematics teachers should be how to deal with? Three questions.First of all,this paper analyzes the reform process of China's college entrance examination system,the new round of college entrance examination system reform policy,and the implementation plan of Zhejiang,Shanghai and Chongqing regions through literature analysis.Then,through the text to explore the impact of the comprehensive system of the college entrance examination on the mathematical discipline,summarized the reform of the comprehensive system of the college entrance examination under the mathematics discipline reorientation and mathematics discipline curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum framework and other changes.Secondly,using questionnaire investigation and interview method to explore in Zhejiang province and Chongqing area high school mathematics teachers under the background of the college entrance examination system of comprehensive reform encountered difficulties,and analyzing the results,found that the problem is mainly manifested in: teacher of policy is insufficient,esteemed elective class in mathematics teaching content,arrangement and have a great effect in such aspects as planning,preparing,teachers role change concept,attitude adjustment improper way,teacher training mismatch,etc.Finally,combining the results of text research and empirical research,this paper proposes countermeasures from four aspects,namely,teachers' ideas,teachers' abilities,teachers' mentality and teachers' training needs,for the high school mathematics teachers in the areas where the comprehensive system reform of college entrance examination has not been implemented.The deficiency of this study:(1)literature research foundation is weak,the implementation of the New Deal because the university entrance exam is only four or five years,all kinds of experience is still scarce,many scholars are still in wait-and-see state,for the subject of teaching research,and mathematical discipline by seemingly change is not large,so the research of scholars less,this study to draw lessons from the literature.(2)The questionnaire is for high school math teachers,now many teachers reject this kind of research,so the number of teachers participating in the research activities in both places is small,the data results of the research may not be universal.(3)In the interview with Zhejiang high school math teacher,the author uses telephone interview due to regional reasons,so the interview content may not be in-depth enough.
