As a necessary part of college teaching,college students' internship mode and system have been widely studied and well applied.And with the popularization of Internet technology,internship management mode has gradually changed from traditional manual management to network information management.However,there are still some shortcomings in the management of the internship process.It is mainly manifested in the lack of effective management and supervision mode,which makes it difficult to grasp the internship dynamics in time.And there is no effective mechanism for matching students and internship positions and cannot meet the individual needs of students.In addition,the lack of suitable information management platform for internship process makes it difficult to achieve efficient office and proper storage of previous internship data.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and develops a life cycle management and job recommendation system to provide more personalized and intelligent management services for college students' internship process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,by sorting out the complete process and management system of college students' internship,analyzing the difficulties in the management of internship process,and on this basis,studying the relevant literature of process management and the theories and methods of process management,meanwhile,drawing lessons from mature management cases,and drawing on the opinions and suggestions of university staff,a life cycle management model of college internship is designed.The model divides an internship cycle into four stages:planning stage,implementation stage,feedback stage,and summary and evaluation stage.These four stages are interlinked,seamlessly linking the whole internship cycle into a closed-loop cycle,thus producing a hierarchical progressive management effect.Secondly,the overall design scheme of the life cycle management and job recommendation system for college internship is expounded.Based on the idea of life cycle management,the main functional modules such as practice information management module,practice affairs supervision module,feedback management module,comprehensive evaluation and data statistics module are constructed.In addition,the design idea of job recommendation module is introduced,and the database system is designed according to the analysis of system requirements.Thirdly,feature attributes are extracted by analyzing the matchable attributes between student information and job requirement information,then based on the statistical classification idea and text similarity algorithm,and use the dynamic weight allocation method,the matching degree of the student and the position is calculated.Besides,real-time job competition degree is introduced as a correction factor to implement job recommendation calculation,an automatic matching and recommendation algorithm for internship posts is designed and implemented.Finally,based on Maven project management tools,SSM framework and Bootstrap,HTML5 and other technologies,a closed-loop dynamic management software system including web-side management platform and mobile client WebAPP is developed,and the automatic matching and intelligent recommendation of internship positions are realized.The final experiment system is given to show that the system achieves the expected functions,and runs stably and can accurately recommend suitable internship positions,which shows a certain application and promotion value.
