Since the primary school stage occupies the basic position of the student's life stage, the development of the primary school teacher's view of students is crucial to the internal growth of the students and even the development of the entire education. In the past research, the research object is mainly for all teachers, and the research content mainly explores the primary school teacher's view of students from the theoretical and macro aspects. In this paper, the research target is oriented to the teachers in the primary school stage, and the primary school teacher's view of students is explored from the combination of theory and evidence, macro and micro.Based on the traditional teacher's view of students and the development of teacher's view of students under the new curriculum, the actual situation and existing problems of the current primary school teacher's view of students are found through actual investigation. Then through multiple channels to explore the reasons for the formation of the primary school teacher's view of students, and propose a corresponding transformation strategy for the formation reasons. This paper uses literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview method, classroom observation method as the main research method to study the current primary school teachers'view of students.First of all, using the method of literature analysis to sort out and examine the theoretical development of the primary school teachers'view of students, and discover the theoretical achievements and shortcomings.Secondly,Questionnaire survey was conducted on teachers of ten primary schools in Chengdu,Sichuan Province. The questionnaires mainly divided the students' perceptions into the students'subjectivity, the students'uniqueness and the students'developmental understanding. In terms of the evaluation of students and the relationship between teachers and students,we try to explore the correlation between these five dimensions from multiple angles and levels, and to study the differences between the five dimensions under different factors. At the same time, combined with the interview method and classroom observation method, the problems and reasons for the current primary school teacher's view of students are found, and the authenticity of the questionnaire survey is verified.Through research,it is found that the development of the primary school teacher's view of students has improved compared with the past, but there are still some problems. There is no significant difference in the academic background of the teacher's view of students, but there are significant differences in gender, age, teaching age, teaching disciplines, training times, etc, and the understanding of student subjectivity, student development, student uniqueness and teacher-student relationship,Both evaluations of students have a positive correlation. On this basis,it is found that the current problems of primary school teacher's view of students include the imbalance of teacher's view of students, the difference between the theory and practice of teacher's view of students, the lack of the age of teacher's view of students, the overemphasis on the subjectivity of students, and the extreme relationship between teachers and students. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the factors that form the formation of primary school teacher's view of students, and Focused questions about the current teacher's view of students. It mainly puts forward suggestions from Teacher's own factors, teacher evaluation mechanism, teacher training,home-school communication, school education concept and so on.The strategy provides a reference path for the improvement of the primary school teachers' view of students. This study believes that the primary school teacher's reasonable view of students lays the foundation for the development of primary school students. Therefore,it is our need for primary school teachers to construct a reasonable and realistic view of students.
