With the continuous reform of China's education system,great achievements have been made in the environment,scale and quality of running a university.As one of the universities in the western region of China,X Medical University is also improving and developing to achieve the strategic goal of "double first-class" construction.The salary incentive mechanism of university teachers is the foundation and key to create a first-class teaching staff.The reform of the salary incentive mechanism of teachers is also an urgent need to achieve the goal of "double first-class" construction smoothly.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background,purpose,significance,summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on compensation incentive,and expounds the research content,research methods and research framework of this paper.The second part introduces the definition of "double first-class" universities and the characteristics of university teachers,combs the concept and theory of salary incentive,selects theoretical tools and methods,and provides theoretical guidance for the research.The third part is the current situation of X Medical University Teachers' salary incentive mechanism under the background of "double first-class" construction.This paper introduces the current situation and characteristics of x-medical university teachers,investigates the satisfaction of the current salary incentive mechanism through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the current salary incentive mechanism of x-medical University Teachers under the background of "double first-class" based on the two factor theory.The fourth part puts forward the optimization scheme of X Medical University Teachers' salary incentive mechanism under the background of "double first class".In view of the problems existing in the current salary incentive mechanism of X medical university teachers,this paper analyzes the root causes,and designs the optimization objectives,fields and how to optimize the salary incentive mechanism of X Medical University Teachers under the background of "double first-class".In the fifth part,combining with the current situation of x-medical university teachers,the author puts forward the strategy of the reform of teachers' salary incentive system,which is suitable for the "double first-class" strategic goal of x-medical University,and expounds the optimized measures from the aspects of salary,welfare,growth demand,non economic salary incentive mode,etc.The sixth part is through the above "double first-class" construction background x Medical University Teaching salary teacher incentive mechanism research,explore the University "double first-class" construction of the teacher incentive mechanism,and point out the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of efforts.
