The competition in our higher education will become even fiercer with the decrease of college entrance students,the enlarged enrolment of public colleges and universities,the entry of foreign education organization year by year,Facing the more and more serious competition in college entrance students’market,private colleges must focus on improving their core-competiveness in order to survive and develop,the key to creating core-competitiveness is to improve their teaching quality and innovate teaching modes. Teaching quality has been the lifeline of private college’s survival and devleopment,and the key to ensuring teaching quality is the teacher’s overall quality, the key to long and high-speed development of private college is to possess steady and high-performance teaching staff.LX college,as a private collegs,has various problems such as unreasonable teaching team,high Turnover rate of qualified teachers,luck of teaching enthusiasm.In order to activate teachers’enthusiasm, exert their proficiency and ingenuity improve education and teaching quality,realize the target of school development all-around、 reasonable and effective incentive mechanism must be established.The paper mainly presents the current conditiongs of LX college’s teacher incentive mechanism.Under the background of knowledge economy,the paper applies management,psychology pedagogy;science of organizational behavior and human resources managements,the paper utilizes a lot of methods such as documentation method,the decision theory approach,way of qualitative anlysis and method of quantitative analysis,In this paper,the author has a research on the LX college teacher’s requirements,points out many problems in the present teacher’s incentive mechanism such as unsound requitment and promotion system,limited payment incentive methods,unscientific performance evaluation system,inadequate training arrangements in actual.Application of correlative incentive theory,The paper puts forward five piece of principle of building LX COLLEGE teachers’incentive mechanism:people oriented principle, impartial principle, discrepancy; principle,stability principle and systematicness principle.The paper designs incentive mode from six sides of recruitment and promotion mativation, salary and welfare incentive, performance evaluation incentive, training Incentive, culture incentive, talent introduction incentive. Otherwise, for the sake of assuring implementing of incentive mechanism, capital must be adequate and all kinds of system such as human resources management system, democratic management system and information management system must be established and consummated.Combining incentive theory of human resources management and circumstances of LX COLLEGE, I analyse and resolve problem of LX COLLEGE’ incentive mechanism to realize collegiate development goal according to the experience of private college’s teaching and management work for many years, basing on the research of other scholars, using correlative theory. Otherwise, considering teacher incentive problem is common problem of private college, I expect to enlighten other private college’s researchs about the same problem after this research.There are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter is introduction that introduces research background and implications of this paper, domestic and overseas situation of study, study ideas and method,etc.The second chapter elaborate fundamental theory of this paper. The third chapter analyses present situation, problem and reason of LX COLLEGE teacher’s incentive. The fourth chapter establishes principle and model of LX COLLEGE teacher’s incentive mechanism. The fifth chapter discusses implementary condition of LX COLLEGE teacher’s incentive mechanism.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and inspiration of this paper.
