With the popularization of neonatal screening,the development and popularization of cochlear implant,digital hearing aid,and FM radio frequency modulation language training equipment,more and more hearing impaired children can be detected early and assisted by hearing technology,to compensate for their own hearing defects,to maximize the benefits of auditory stimulation for hearing-impaired children,to make a solid foundation for hearing-impaired children to acquire "spoken language".We know that,in the process of hearing-impairedchildren learning language,they will encounter rehabilitation problems in five fields:hearing ability,speech,language,cognition and communication,the hearing compensation of hearing impaired children means that the problems in the five fields are more likely to be improved and solved,so that the hearing impaired children are more likely to be close to ordinary children.Therefore,how to use advanced technology and scientific educational rehabilitation methods to effectively and scientifically rehabilitate hearing impaired children which means it is particularly important.This study takes case study method as the main research method and combines action study method,literature analysis method and observation method,to discuss under the intervention of Auditory-Verbal Therapy:(1)Rehabilitation effect of preschool hearing-impaired children in five fields:hearing ability,speech,language,cognition and communication;(2)To find out the influencing factors,advantages and limitations of preschool hearing-impaired children in the process of language rehabilitation;(3)What are the effective strategies to improve the rehabilitation effect of hearing ability,speech,language,cognition and communication in preschool hearing-impaired children.In this study,three preschool hearing impaired children in the parent-child class of the rehabilitation center of the author's school were selected as research cases.In the research intervention process,the author first collected the original data of three subjects in the five fields of hearing ability,speech,language,cognition and communication through the first evaluation test,and made long-term plan,medium-term plan and weekly plan according to the first evaluation report.At last,the 20-week auditory and oral rehabilitation intervention training was carried out,and improved the teaching plan in time.In the course of intervention,the teaching situation is designed by using some relevant skills of the Auditory-Verbal Therapy.The three subjects took a simple test at the end of each course and a mid-term continuous assessment test every four weeks until the final assessment test.The results showed that:(1)Auditory-Verbal Therapy promotes the development of hearing ability,speech,language,cognition and communication of preschool hearing-impaired children;(2)Auditory-Verbal Therapy has different rehabilitation effects on hearing ability,speech,language,cognition and communication of preschool hearing-impaired children;(3)The factors of Auditory-Verbal Therapy in the process of language rehabilitation for preschool hearing-impaired children including individual differences,age differences,family differences,and educational experiences.Make recommendations based on the findings,to improve the rehabilitation effect of hearing ability,speech,language,cognition and communication of preschool hearing-impaired children,we need to start from the following aspects:(1)The best hearing aids,established the good listening habits,suitable settings for listening environment;(2)The Auditory-Verbal Therapy combined with medical education for two-way rehabilitation intervention,the effect is better;(3)To create a rich language environment,expandvocabulary and attach importanceto life situation education;(4)Combined with the development discipline of ordinary children,training in the cognitive field from easy to difficult,step by step;(5)Play the function of family rehabilitation,the rehabilitation education will infiltrate into all aspects of children's life.
