The development of hearing-impaired children adheres to the common rule of normal children's development.However,hearing-impaired children also have atypical development compared with normal children, which is mainly expressed the characteristics of tardy or transcendent in some stages.Hearing impaired children not only have hearing impairment, but also language impairment. Moreover, hearing impairment has influenced the development of sensory movement, cognitive ability, attention, communication and communication of hearing-impaired children.Only through a large number of systematic and reasonable training in formal rehabilitation institutions can they make up for the deficiency, which can more effectively play the compensatory function of other senses.Because of the difficulty of communication,hearing-impaired children are more likely to produce greater mood swings, they may also form low self-esteem,irritability,isolation and other negative personality. The core of "comprehensive rehabilitation education" is to promote and realize the all-round development of the hearing-impaired children, which can keep the balance between the common development and special needs.All-round development is the all-round development of body and spirit,so while creating a professional hearing and speech rehabilitation environment for hearing-impaired children,we should also pay attention to the sound development of their physical and mental health.therapy-oriented art education is to integrate the concept and method of art therapy into art education.Except cultivating children's aesthetic experience,it aims to remove or moderate the children's mental and emotional distress through daily art activities, teachers can discover and deal with psychological problems in time.Art activity itself is an effective activity that enhance perception, expand thinking, develop imagination. Then the professional researchers combine it with the principles of psychology design to design and develop to art therapy.Due to the congenital defects of hearing-impaired children,it can be taken as the art therapy based on the vision, including painting, handwork and clay sculpture, which can better utilize the advantages of hearing-impaired children for therapy.Through appropriate tests and special curriculum design,it makes art therapy and art education integration with strong maneuverability.Art education of therapeutic orientation in hearing and speech rehabilitation stage for hearing-impaired children is helpful to the physical and mental development and comprehensive rehabilitation of hearing-impairedchildren to a certain extent.Practice has proved that hearing-impaired children show poor cognitive abilities such as attention and imagination compared with normal children, and poor acceptance of children art courses of the same age group. However, the course tasks can be successfully completed under appropriate adjustments. Therefore, the implementation of the hearing-impaired children therapy which takes art education as the orientation is feasible.Through the implementation of the art education curriculum of therapeutic orientation, from the educational point of view,it can not only give full play to the visual compensation of children with hearing impairment, cultivate students ' aesthetic ability, but also excavate students ' artistic potential and other potential. From the point of view of psychotherapy, while hearing impaired children express themselves and express their emotions through art activities, teachers and researchers can also learn about the psychological state of children with hearing impairment through the process of communication and interaction, intervene in children with psychological deviation immediately, which can help them keep a good mentality and mood for future study and life.
