A Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Introducing Social Work Into Public Social Welfare Institutions

This article selects Baoji Children’s Welfare Institute as an example.Based on the perspective of embedded theory,it uses research methods such as in-depth interviews and participatory observation methods.Introduce the difficulties in the development of social work and the reasons for the difficulties.I did some research to explore how social work can find its own place in the environment of public welfare institutions,give full play to its professional level,try to give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and help the two to each other Rapid development.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the background and research significance of the thesis,and the classification and review of domestic and foreign literature.It carefully sorts out the research contributions of past scholars in this field and makes a review and summary.The second chapter is the research design,clarifying the research methods and overall thinking of the article,and paving the way for a theoretical framework for the subsequent research.Chapter 3 is a detailed description of the status quo and predicaments after the intervention of social work in public welfare institutions.The internal dilemmas include the stubbornness of the administrative system,the lack of competition among staff and the low professionalism;the external dilemmas include the excessively strong national administrative force and the system and policy environment.Inadequate and unsatisfactory,social worker welfare services are highly inconsistent with institutional requirements,and existing needs,and the functions of social workers are sometimes vague and have a low sense of existence.The fourth chapter is to analyze the reasons for the current dilemma,expounding from the three dimensions of the national government,public welfare institutions,and social work.The main reasons are the lack of rationality and legitimacy of policies and systems,the low professionalism of public officials,and the limited effectiveness of social work practices.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure suggestion part.Propose feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the three main bodies and three levels,and respond to the previous dilemma one by one,and visually show the problem-solving effect.Through this research,we have once again enriched the series of studies on the development of social work embedded in public social welfare institutions in our country,providing for the reform and change of public welfare institutions,the diversification of welfare services,the improvement of service efficiency,and the rational positioning of the role of social workers.Based on the theoretical and practical basis,it tries to make a small contribution to the development of social work involved in the development of public social welfare institutions.At the same time,the constructive suggestions put forward in this article hope to help children in the orphanage grow up healthily and return to society smoothly.
