ICT in education is a new opportunity for innovative and scientific development of education.China has released"Educational Informationization 2.0 Action Plan",which has played a vital role in actively promoting the development of"Internet +Education",accelerating the modernization of education and building an education powerhouse.Under the guidance of national policies,various regions have responded to the call to develop ICT in basic education.So,what is the status quo in some areas after years of development?Are there regional differences?And what is the impact of ICT in education on educational development?They are all worth thinking about.Base on these,this paper mainly includes the following research contents:(1)To investigate the current situation of ICT in basic education in Chenghua District,Chengdu City.Establish an index system for research and evaluation,and design three kinds of research tools:schools,teachers and students.Select different sampling methods for the three types of subjects,and use Questionnaires,interviews and field visits to carry out the research.(2)To evaluate the level of ICT in basic education in Chenghua District,Chengdu City.This evaluation is conducted from multiple perspectives including schools,teachers and students.First,this study does holistical evaluation by basic descriptive statistics,cluster analysis,cross analysis and other statistical methods and compares the level of ICT in education of schools in this area by variance analysis.Then,evaluate the teachers'satisfaction with information technology and their information technology application ability through structural equation model and simple linear weighting method,analyze the differences of educational information technology application ability of teachers in the region by coefficient of difference analysis,and analyze the differences of information technology application ability of teachers in different regions by analysis of variance.At last,evaluate students'information attitude and information literacy level by basic descriptive statistical analysis and cross analysis methods.(3)To analyze the influence of ICT in basic education on basic education.This paper explores from the environment for information technology hardware,information resources,cultivation of the information-based talents,teachers'information technology application ability,teachers'ethics,teachers'international vision,students'grades,students'information literacy and other aspects by correlation analysis,regression analysis,structural equation model and other methods.Through the analysis from multiple perspectives and the exploration of various methods,this study provides theoretical and methodological reference for the evaluation of the current situation of ICT in basic education,provides scientific basis for the compilation of regional education informatization action plan,and provides a new perspective for the research of ICT in basic education in China.
