Research On The Costruction Operationsystem Of G Company In The Internet Era

The 21 st century is an era of vigorous development of high technology and the rise of the Internet.At present,with the rise of the concept of "Internet +",All walks of life carry out a variety of innovative changes around the Internet closely,for G Company of the education industry,Innovation and reform is not only to launch online courses suitable for the Internet,but also to build an operating system to conform the development of the Internet era.Only in this way can make the whole enterprise meet the needs of employees and customers better and closer,promote the effective operation of enterprises,so as to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.This study starts with the investigation and analysis of the operation status and existing problems of G company,according to the analysis results,combined with the actual conditions of the G Company and focus on the future development,use the SWOT analysis the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of G Company,provide guidance for the subsequent construction of the operation system.Then,based on the theories of "service management theory","PDCA" and other theories,combined with the characteristics of "Internet + education" and Internet thinking and other concepts,the operation system of G Company in the Internet era is constructed.Finally,some basic guarantee measures will be taken to establish and improve the Internet operation system for G Company and strive for the normal and efficient operation of G Company.Therefore,it is proposed that G Company should adopt basic measures,such as datamation management,introduction of educational administration management system and construction of learning organization to guarantee its operation and promote the continuous improvement of the system in the initial stage of the implementation of the new operation system.
