"Internet +" teacher studio is a carrier and platform that integrates teaching,research and resources to promote teachers' professional development.It can help teachers realize the transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,and improve their teaching philosophy and actual teaching level.However,with the continuous development of "Internet +" technology,the type of education public service has changed from production to service,resulting in new difficulties for "Internet +" teacher studio to promote teacher professional development.Firstly,the original service model of "Internet +" teacher studio cannot meet the actual needs of teacher professional development.Secondly,how the high-quality educational resources of "Internet +" teacher studios serve more teacher groups.First of all,this study summarizes the relevant research on the operation mechanism of "Internet +" education,"Internet +" celebrity teacher studio,"Internet +" celebrity teacher studio and the public service of education,and sorts out the theoretical basis of relevant research.Secondly,based on the theory of ecosystem building "Internet +" masters studio ecosystem,and study the relationship between the elements of the micro ecosystem system,and combined with the typical cases of the zhejiang province famous network studio and extracting five masters studio operation mechanism,namely: the teacher agglomeration mechanism,effect mechanism,mutual sharing mechanism,the symbiosis mechanism and iterative innovation mechanism.Then,based on the internal mechanism of teacher studio and zhejiang famous cases of network studio,relying on the Internet thought,learning community theory,new public service theory and value creating theory,inspired by four of the service concept,build up the four "Internet +" teacher education public service mode,namely:Raise the subject of the research is based on the service mode,based on the education to teach crowdsourcing service mode,based on the rotary pair support service model and based on the resources of the "create a service model,and according to the zhejiang province famous network studio,head office and the structural interview teacher recommendations,four service corresponding countermeasures respectively.Finally,by using the method of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of "Internet + " famous teacher Studio Education Public Service.This study extracts the operation mechanism of "Internet +" famous teacher studio from the actual case of zhejiang famous teacher network studio,and constructs the "Internet +" famous teacher studio education public service model.Therefore,the operation mechanism of famous teacher studio and the public service model of famous teacher studio education are feasible.In addition,the public service model of "Internet +" teacher studio education can meet the actual needs of teacher professional development under the background of "Internet +",and at the same time,it also solves the problem of how to serve more teacher groups with high quality education resources of teacher studio,so as to better promote teacher professional development.
