The peer instruction created by Professor Mazur can effectively solve some of the drawbacks brought by the large class teaching system.It not only improves the single and boring mode of the traditional classroom,but also realizes the subject that allows students to grasp the classroom and the students truly become classes.Peer instruction solves the problem of understanding the concept of university physics.After research and promotion,it has achieved good results in the use of junior high school,high school and secondary vocational colleges.China's secondary vocational education has always been the hardest hit area for education difficulties.Compared with high school education,secondary vocational school education is in a neglected position.Students in secondary vocational schools generally have poor grades,self-discipline and initiative,poor learning,and relatively weak cooperation.In order to meet the requirements of the mainstream of education,the improvement of the instructions of secondary vocational education has become a big problem.The author studies the characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools,the physical requirements of school teachers for students and the physical textbooks used in secondary vocational schools.It is found that students in secondary vocational schools are suitable to use the peer instruction,and the physical teaching requirements for secondary vocational students are consistent with the original intention of the peer instruction.This paper attempts to apply the peer instruction to the physics classroom of secondary vocational schools.This article starts from two aspects of theory and practice.Theoretical level:Through reviewing the literature,the research status of peer instruction at home and abroad is summarized.Understand the establishment and promotion process of peer instruction,and be familiar with the basic process of peer instruction.Explain some of the nouns involved in the peer instruction and review the theoretical basis.Through communication with the school teachers,I understand the requirements of the materials used by the authors on the mastery of the students,and the school's requirements for the physical arrangement of the students.By looking up the literature,we can easily analyze the psychological characteristics,intellectual level and professional accomplishment of students in secondary vocational schools.Practice level: Using questionnaires todetermine whether secondary vocational students are suitable for applying peer instruction.Combine the peer instruction with the student's reality,and apply it to the physical concept class,the regular class,and the review class.Observe the influence of peer instruction on student achievement by comparing the scores of the experimental class and the control class,the end of the test using the peer instruction in the experimental class,and the final test score after use.Through interviews and questionnaires,students' attitudes toward peer instruction and the influence of peer instruction on students' non-intellectual factors were learned.Interviews were used to understand teachers' attitudes toward peer instruction.Finally,the feasibility and limitations of peer instruction in secondary vocational colleges are summarized and related prospects are put forward.
