Rural education plays an important role in China's education,and the incentive problem of rural teachers directly affects the quality of rural education,so the incentive research of rural teachers has always been a hot issue.XX Town Junior High School is the largest rural school in the region,which has developed rapidly in recent years,but teachers' complaints are also heard in the ears.This paper makes an in-depth study on the incentive mechanism of rural teachers,adopts the method of interviews and questionnaires,and introduces enterprise incentive thinking,which has certain practical guiding significance for improving the incentive mechanism of rural teachers.Based on the definition of core concepts and relevant incentive theories,this paper designs an interview outline and a questionnaire to investigate the principals and teachers of XX Town Junior Middle School,to truly understand the current situation of the construction of school teachers' incentive mechanism,to deeply dock the teachers' expectation needs and satisfaction with incentives,and to analyze the differences between teachers' actual feelings and expectation needs.The incentive mechanism for junior middle school teachers in XX Town of Shouguang City has some problems,such as unreasonable salary structure,single form of performance appraisal,insufficient emphasis on promotion and training,and inadequate incentives for teachers' evaluation.Through the study of this paper,the problem of rural teachers' incentive mechanism is considered from the theoretical level.It is proposed that the improvement of rural junior middle school teachers' incentive mechanism should follow the principle of combining people-oriented,fairness,material incentive and spiritual incentive.Finally,the specific strategies of improving rural junior middle school teachers' incentive mechanism are put forward,namely,reforming rural teachers' salary scheme(flexible salary and welfare system,flexible).We should strictly implement the performance appraisal system(scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,strict implementation of performance appraisal system),implement the promotion training mechanism(opening up the channels for rural teachers' promotion,all-round rural teachers' training mechanism),and scientifically and effectively evaluate the teachers(formulating scientific evaluation scheme,paying attention to the process and result evaluation of teachers).
