Teachers play the most important role in the development of education, teachers are an important part of public human resources. Teacher’s motivation is the school administration core question. Development and management of the school’s human resources to every school administrators need to foster a people-centered scientific concept of development, the development of teachers on the school work first, the rational use of teachers to meet the needs of teachers to inspire the work of teachers motivation, wisdom and strength as teachers, pay attention to the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers. To this end, the teachers work to create a good environment for the development, not only to safeguard their legitimate rights, concern for the work of teachers and quality of life, but also to establish an effective incentive mechanism for developing the advantages of human resources, transfer latent energy of teacher’s operate, created good rivalry environment, carry out a school healthily, rapid, sustain development which have important meanings.To lay the foundation for my essay, I have got a lot of first-hand information by means of studying the Western classical theory of incentives and doing in-depth researches on four rural junior middle schools in the H county of Qingyang city by conducting surveys in the form of releasing the questionnaire and doing statistical analysis. On this basis, my essay aims to analyze the problems that exist among the policy of inspiring teachers in rural middle school in the H county of Qingyang city, and to establish the teachers incentive mechanism in rural junior middle school in the H county.This research consists of four parts:The first part of this research not only expounds the research’s background, the research’s purpose, the research’s significance, the research’s train of thought and the research’s methods, but also reviews the teachers’ incentive mechanisms which were existed at home and abroad.The second part of this research investigates and analyses teachers’ incentive mechanism in the rural junior middle school in the H county of Qingyang city, which is inspected from construction system, implementation, compensation system, teacher training for promotion and teacher evaluation mechanism. The third part of this research is about the problems of teachers’ incentive mechanism in the rural junior middle school in the H county of Qingyang city and the reasons, on the basis of investigation.The fourth part of this research has the suggestion to solve the problems, which is to establish and perfect the teachers incentive mechanism in rural junior middle school in H county.
