Study On The Shaping Of Entrepreneurship Culture In Colleges And Universities

As the main position of social knowledge production and dissemination,the function of social service and talent cultivation in colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention by the society.In recent years,colleges and universities,especially non-research universities,have gradually paid their attention to the field of entrepreneurship,which essentially aims to better train people,and is a process of integrating talent training with social needs in the context of building an innovative society.The entrepreneurship culture of colleges and universities,as the field display of entrepreneurship culture,is the spirit of the times formed by colleges and universities in order to adapt to the tide of comprehensive deepening reform and the in-depth development of the socialist market economic system,with innovation as the core,with entrepreneurship as the purpose and pursuing social value.Entrepreneurship culture plays an important role in cultivating the sense of innovation and entrepreneurship of teachers and students,improving students' entrepreneurship and promoting the integration of College entrepreneurship education and campus culture.This study extensively uses literature research,logical reasoningresearch,comparative research,case study and other research methods.Based on the theory of cultural level,this study interprets the shaping path of entrepreneurship culture in China's universities from four dimensions: behavior,system,material and spirit.It also describes the current situation of the shaping of entrepreneurship culture in China's universities at this stage.This paper makes an analysis and discussion on the two aspects of harmony,and takes the Korean entrepreneurship education model and the Israeli university entrepreneurship center as an example to analyze the successful experience of foreign universities in shaping entrepreneurship culture from both macro and micro levels,so as to provide a reference for the development of entrepreneurship culture in Chinese universities.
