Ideological And Political Education Of The Employment Guidance Work In Colleges And Universities In The New Period

Strengthen the ideological and political education in the guidance of university students’employment has important theoretical and practical significance, which not only ensure the successful employment of university students but also is favorable for improving the pertinence and pragmaticality of the ideological and political education. Colleges and universities have already payed high attention to the ideological and political education in the guidance of university students’employment, even though there are many research achievements, some problems still exist. In theoretical research, the contents are unilaterally and not systematic. In the practice of education, the contents are not comprehensive, teaching method is singleness, and short of pertinence. This essay first above focused on the employment situation of higher education system, and analysed the significance of the ideological and political education in the guidance of university students’employment. Then summarized the achievements of the experiences from foreign universities’, and analysed the current situation of the ideological and political education in the guidance of university students’employment in our universities and colleges. At last, put forward some countermeasures for the ideological and political education in the guidance of university students’employment.The author unfolded the essay to six chapter as follows:Chapter one, Introduction. It described the research background, spirits, current situation, and introduced the research methods.Chapter two, Mainly analyzed the situation of employment condition for current society. First, gave an over view of the situation, then point out the difficulties and reasons, also gave a view of opportunities and chances for the students which social development brings.Chapter three, indicated the important status of the ideological and political education in the guidance of university students’employment and showed the feasibility and the guiding significance of it.Chapter four, Introduces theories from Western countries, and indicated our China can adjust their theory with our own way and own condition. Chapter five, showed the research achievements we’ve already made, and analyzed the reason of the problems still exists.Chapter six, according to existing problems in Ideological and Political Education, proposed some effective countermeasures to strength and improve the ideological and political education in the guidance of university students’employment, and analysed it from ideological and political education contents, mode, management and policy these four aspects.
