The so-called bullying behavior refers to bullying is the premise of power imbalance in a relationship between bullying related roles,is persistent violations using language or body intentionally,the behavior of others,and others will be under pressure,causing physical and psychological harm or not to.In recent years,school bullying has seriously affected the physical and mental health of primary school students.In this paper based on the research of high grade primary school students from the perspective of bullying,according to the higher grade primary students bullying situation,in-depth analysis of the causes of bullying behavior,and puts forward the prevention and resolution of bullying countermeasures and suggestions.This survey questionnaire and the interview method are used.Questionnaire survey select the high grade students primary school in S province.The study concludes 340 questionnaires,309 valid questionnaires,the questionnaire response rate was 90.88%.The subjects were 6 teachers,4 parents and 9 primary school students.The study found that there are the following problems in the current situation of campus bullying perceived by the senior primary school students.First,the phenomenon of bullying in primary school students is more serious.Second,there is a deviation in the cognition of bullying in primary school students.Third,there is a lack of education managers in the intervention of bullying.Fourth,parents lack scientific knowledge of bullying and rely heavily on schools.In view of the problems presented in the school bullying,the following countermeasures are put forward in four aspect.Social aspects: first,to strengthen the prevention and control of social culture,social control culture of violence,improve the social and cultural atmosphere;second,guide the rational attention on bullying behavior,adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion;third.Strengthen social security management,strengthen prevention and treatment of campus bullyingbehavior.School aspects: first,improve the rules and regulations of the campus,refine the school rules;second,regulate the behavior of school administrators,and strive to improve the management level;third,strengthen the construction of school security and strengthen the construction of school culture.Teacher: first,to alleviate the teacher occupation pressure,study and reflect the educational mode in time;second,to fully understand the present campus bullying problems,a reasonable value clarification;third,caring for the students,always in good faith and love through education.In terms of parents,firstly,we should pay more attention to bullying and fully understand campus bullying.Second,we should clarify the educational responsibilities of guardians and transform unhealthy family education.Third,we should attach importance to children's physical and mental development,and form a resultant force between family and society.Students: first,change character weakness in time,correct unhealthy psychological and behavioral problems;second,achieve healthy growth in active communication and interest cultivation.
