Research On X University Logistics Service Grid Management

In the 19's of the 20 th century,China began the vigorous socialization reform of logistic support services in Colleges and universities.All colleges and universities in the country are making corresponding attempts.The socialization reform of logistic support service in Colleges and universities can not only lighten the financial burden of colleges and universities,but also promote logistic support service departments to provide higher quality and efficient services for teaching and scientific research in Colleges and universities.In the process of logistics service management,local colleges and universities often need to gradually form logistics service management mode suitable for their own colleges and universities according to their local conditions,so as to meet the service needs of teachers and students and achieve the overall goal of running schools.In this context,X University has also made many attempts in the socialization of logistic support services.Although it has taken shape,it still lacks a set of scientific logistic management model suitable for the characteristics of X University's logistic support services.Based on the existing management theory,according to the current development characteristics and needs of X University,this paper considers the reform of X University's logistics service from the level of network management.Firstly,this paper makes a profound analysis of the current management mode of X University's logistics support service,compares and analyses the modes and Enlightenments of logistics management of other universities at home and abroad,and analyses the internal development of X University's logistics service.External environment,summarizes a series of problems existing in the support service,namely,the management mechanism is not flexible enough,the service and competition consciousness is weak,the training mechanism is not perfect enough,the incentive mechanism is insufficient,and the function division between departments is not clear enough.In view of the current management mode of X University's logistics support service,a new management mode of grid management is put forward,which is regarded as the management mode.It is very necessary to put forward the theory and method.In line with the change of teachers' and students' interests,the change of main social contradictions and the trend of diversification of values,we need to innovate in the management mode and management technology,and build related systems,including the key system of grid management,the construction of grid management system,and the standard system of grid management.Developing theevaluation system of grid management,under the existing grid management scheme,this paper further puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures,that is,deepening the comprehensive quality of logistics practitioners,relying on relevant theory to optimize the relevant mechanism,and improving the frequency of periodic summary.Finally,this paper summarizes and prospects the full text,expecting to promote the logistics guarantee of X University through grid management.Barrier service has risen to a higher level,which hinders the future construction and development of X University.
