| In recent years,the society has become more and more demanding for high-quality technical talents,which brings opportunities for vocational colleges to seek enterprise cooperation and promote the integration of production and education.In the integration of production and education,secondary vocational schools as the "think tank" of enterprises,their scientific research results and technology are the necessary conditions for enterprise development and competition,so both schools and enterprises have the need for cooperation.However,the current school-enterprise cooperation is insufficient,it’s difficult to achieve the goal of talent training,and it is unable to meet the needs of high-skilled talents in the transformation and upgrading of social industry.Therefore,promoting the integration of production and education in secondary vocational schools and meeting the needs of all sectors of society is a prerequisite for deep integration of production and education.Based on the related theories of dissipative structure theory,system theory and resource dependence theory,this paper studies the status quo and strategy of the fusion mechanism of production and education in secondary vocational schools by literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method.The main contents are as follows:First of all,in the context of the transformation and upgrading of the economic industry and the requirements for deepening the reform of secondary vocational schools,the research significance of the dynamic mechanism of the integration of production and education is summarized.This paper expounds the status quo of domestic and foreign research from four aspects: the research on the integration of production and education,research on the integration of secondary vocationaleducation,Dynamic mechanism research and Research on the dynamic mechanism of production and education integration.It is found that the research on the dynamic mechanism of the integration of production and education in China started late and the theoretical basis is relative to foreign countries.It is said that the situation is not deep enough and the power factor analysis in the dynamic mechanism of the integration of production and education is insufficient.On this basis,the research plan of this paper is determined and the related core concepts are defined.Secondly,it introduces the related theories of dissipative structure,system theory and resource dependence,and the related mechanism of the mechanism of integration of production and education.It analyzes the relevance of the related theory and the system of integration of production and education.It summarizes the internal and external dynamic factors of the mechanism of integration of production and education in secondary vocational schools.And build a fusion model of production and education.In the study,taking the secondary vocational schools in Zhejiang Province as an example,six secondary vocational schools and three enterprises cooperating with them were selected as the survey objects.The status quo of the mechanism of integration of production and education was investigated through questionnaires and interviews.Harmony,relatively insufficient school motivation and relatively scarce corporate dynamics.Combined with the current situation of the investigation and existing problems,the reasons for the lack of communication between production and education are the imperfect ecosystem,the incomparable cultural atmosphere of production and education,the imbalance of school-enterprise interests and the cultural conflict between school and enterprise.Finally,according to the problems and causes based on the dynamic mechanism of the integration of production and education in secondary vocational schools,the author proposes a political ecosystem that accelerates the improvement of the integration of production and education,actively promotes the school-enterprise cultural concept,and maintains the school-enterprise balance mechanism to promote strategy about the deep integration of secondary vocational education. |
