From the 11th five year plan to the 13th five year plan,the economic and social development programs of our country all pointed out the concept of integration of production and education and cooperation between school and enterprise.The integration of production and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises are important institutional innovation for the high-quality development of vocational education.As a system arrangement,the integration of production and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises involve many subjects such as government,enterprise,school,students and society.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties through the innovation of system and mechanism,especially how to promote the cooperation initiative and subjectivity of the two main bodies,such as school and enterprise,can make them play a role of cooperative linkage in practice,which is an important premise to reflect the integration of production and education and the superiority of school enterprise cooperation system.This can not only improve the professional and technical talents of Vocational Education in China The quality of training can also make the high-level development needs of economy and society realized,which is also the key and difficult point of the reform and innovation of Vocational and technical education.This paper uses the questionnaire survey and field interview of school enterprise cooperation to find that the integration of production and education and cooperation between the enterprises and the University have achieved remarkable achievements in the aspects of school subject,enterprise subject,mode of cooperation and cooperation process.The preferential policies of cooperation between schools and enterprises are constantly improved,cooperation mechanism is established steadily and innovation is constantly made,and the mode of talent joint cultivation is varied;The cooperation between the two sides is becoming more and more mature.The advantages of cooperation between the schools and enterprises are more and more prominent,and the ability of scientific research and innovation has been improved significantly.The empirical study of the first reform considers that production and education integrate the view of "hot school and cold enterprise",while the actual situation shows the hot state of "hot enterprise school" and "supply and demand".After more than 40 years of development,the cooperation effect is emerging.The cooperation between the schools and enterprises in C higher vocational colleges has made some achievements,but the cooperation level and depth need to be further deepened.On the basis of the investigation and research of the dual subjects of the school and enterprise,The paper analyzes the main problems of the existing cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise,and finds that these problems mainly exist in the following five aspects:first,the difference of the essential attributes of the two main bodies of the cooperation between the schools and enterprises leads to the unsatisfactory level of cooperation;the second is the imperfect system of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise;the third is the unified development system of the school enterprise cooperation;the fourth is that the supervision and evaluation system of the school enterprise cooperation needs to be optimized;the fifth is the extensive and extensive cooperation The system of technical cooperation between school and enterprise must be improved.By learning from the successful experience of school enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,and following the research principle of integrating theory with practice,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of double subject cooperation mechanism:first,to promote the deep willingness of "double subject" cooperation;The second is to improve the legal system of "double subject" cooperation;The third is to strengthen the win-win mechanism of "double subject" cooperation;Fourth,strengthen the supervision mechanism of "double subject" cooperation;The fifth is to improve the security system of"double subject" cooperation.
