Research On The Mechanism And Optimization Strategy Of Integration Of Production And Education In Higher Vocational Education Based On Synergetic Theory

In recent years,the integration of production and education,as one of the important development approaches of vocational education,has received more and more attention.Both policy documents and the specific practice of vocational colleges emphasize the important role of deepening the integration of production and education in establishing the modern vocational education system in china.Higher vocational education is an important part of vocational education.At present,the practice of integration of production and education in higher vocational education in China has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems on it,such as the lack of specificity of integration measures,the lack of motivation for enterprises to devote to integration,and the lack of inadequate preparation of integration on higher vocational colleges.The reason is that an effective collaborative education mechanism has not been established.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the external influence environment and internal development process of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,construct the mechanism of integration of production and education in higher vocational education based on the synergy theory,and proposes an optimization strategy,which has positive significance for promoting the development of the integration between education and production in higher vocational education in China.Synergetic theory emphasize ordered structures formed by time,space and functional to achieve the common develop goals in the corresponding subsystems within a complex system,which results in less internal friction,better integration and higher productivity.During decades of research,the application of synergy theory has now spanned the natural sciences and social sciences.Using collaborative theory to analyze the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,not only conductive to promoting the internal structure of the integration from disorder to order and to obtain the best synergy effect,but also conductive to promoting the integration and external development environment to complement each other to achieve the optimal development opportunities.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance,literature reviews,research ideas and methods,and the related concepts.The second part is to raise questions,using the related investigation method and the literature method to explore the dilemma faced by the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.The third part analyzes the fit of theory and practice,summarizes the main content of synergy theory,analyzes the synergistic characteristics,and discusses the value of synergy theory in solving the problem of integration of production and education in higher vocational education.The fourth part is to construct the integration mechanism of higher education and production in higher education based on the synergy theory.Based on the synergy theory,combining with the interviews and summarizing the existing research to construct the internal coordination mechanism and the external coordination mechanism of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.And then select typical cases for application analysis.The fifth part is to propose the optimization strategy of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.Combining the analysis of the integration and the construction of the mechanism,put forward an optimization strategy for the development of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.The last part is the research summary and outlook,summarizing and reflecting on the whole research,and thinking and forecasting of the follow-up research.
