According to the survey,just in primary school teachers'work enthusiasm gradually decreases with time,especially in some private schools,as a result of the teachers'professional does not adapt,the turnover rate is very high,lead to kept them school teachers,elementary student's attachment to change constantly,the longer it is bad for students physical and mental healthy growth and the improvement of academic level;In addition,each school now under the call of the country,according to certain proportion to students equipped with psychological consultant,dealing with the students'psychological problems and positive psychology to the student,but now the focus of teachers'mental health and maintenance is very few,don't give the teacher provides a perfect mental health service,in the end,the party and state leaders on major conference pointed out many times to improve the teacher's treatment,health care teachers,maintain the dignity of the teacher's principle requires teachers to enhance the sense of mission of become a good teacher,so this study is based on the big background of The Times and the party of the ardent expectations of teachers,This paper discusses the positive psychological factors influencing primary school teachers' professional mission from the perspective of positive psychology,pays attention to the influence mechanism of teachers'positive mental health status on teachers'professional mission,promotes the state and society to pay attention to primary school teachers'positive mental health,and promotes primary school teachers'professional mission from the perspective of psychology.Research methods:This study selected 450 elementary school teachers as the research subjects,using questionnaire method,using the simple version continuum of mental health scale,teachers'professional sense of mission,scale,psychological capital scale,teachers'professional identity scale to examine the elementary school teachers' positive mental health status,psychological capital position,teachers' professional identity level,and the level of teachers' professional sense of mission and the relationship between the four variables,using the spss22.0 to descriptive statistics and variance analysis,the data with Amos21.0 establish elementary school teachers'positive mental health status,psychological capital,teachers'professional identity,the chain of intermediary role model between teachers'professional sense of mission,This paper reveals the internal mechanism of the influence of primary school teachers,positive mental health status on their sense of professional mission.Research results:(1)positive mental health score of primary school teachers(3.94±1.15),professional sense of mission score of teachers(3.63±0.64),psychological capital score of teachers(4.59±0.78),professional identity score of teachers(4.09±0.66);(2)there are significant differences in demography variables,such as educational background,teaching age,region and school-running nature,among primary school teachers in terms of their positive mental health,sense of mission in teaching profession,psychological capital and professional identity.(3)there was a positive correlation between positive mental health,psychological capital,and teacher professional identity of primary school teachers and the level of teacher professional sense of mission(r=0.526,r=0.547,r=0.438,p<0.01).There was a positive correlation between psychological capital,teacher professional identity and positive mental health(r=0.472,r=0.306,p<0.01).There was a positive correlation between psychological capital and teacher professional identity(r=0.441,p<0.01).(4)the elementary school teachers'professional identity and psychological capital in the teachers'positive mental health level and the level of teachers'professional sense of mission chain intermediary role between,that is to say,primary school teachers'positive mental health through the teachers1 psychological capital influence teachers'professional identity,thus affect the level of primary school teachers,professional sense of mission.Research conclusion:(1)the positive mental health status of primary school teachers is good,the professional sense of mission of primary school teachers is above the average level,the psychological resources of primary school teachers are relatively rich,and the professional identity of teachers is above the average level;(2)the positive mental health status of primary school teachers plays a positive role in predicting teachers'sense of professional mission.Teachers'positive mental health status can further influence teachers' sense of professional mission by influencing teachers' psychological capital and professional identity.
