The epidemic situation of pneumonia infected by COVID-19 is fierce.In the face of the epidemic,students have been in a relatively closed isolation environment at home for a long time,lack of communication with the outside world,as well as changing their original way of life and one-sided understanding of the epidemic.It is easy to produce panic,anxiety,worry and other psychological problems.Among the many methods of psychological adjustment,psychological capital,as a positive psychological state,helps individuals to prevent and resist all kinds of psychological diseases.Young students are in a turbulent period of physical and mental development.Psychological capital is an important psychological force for them to mobilize their own positive factors to improve learning efficiency and cultivate a positive mentality to deal with all kinds of difficulties.It also has a positive effect on the level of individual mental health.Up to now,the research objects about psychological capital mainly focus on enterprise employees,and some teachers and college students are also involved.However,there is little research on the psychological capital of senior high school students in the school situation.This paper broadens the research field of psychological capital and makes people have a better understanding of the current situation and characteristics of psychological capital of senior high school students.Through the intervention of the psychological capital of senior high school students,to verify the effectiveness of group psychological counseling to improve the psychological department of senior high school students,and then improve the level of mental health.To provide theoretical basis and practical methods for school mental health education.This study consists of two parts: in the first study,330 senior high school students from a middle school in Shijiazhuang were selected as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey.In the second study,combined with the current state of students' psychological capital,15 students were selected as the experimental group and 15 as the control group.The experimental group was given eight times of group psychological counseling intervention,while the control group did not do any treatment.The main results are as follows:(1)The mental health level of senior high school students is generally normal,and there is no significant difference in gender,place of origin,whether they are only children and whether they are single-parent families.There are significant differences in fear among students of different genders,and girls are higher than boys.(2)The psychological capital status of senior high school students is generally general,and there is no significant difference in gender,place of birth,whether they are only children and whether they are single-parent families.There are significant differences in self-efficacy among students of different genders,and the self-efficacy of boys is higher than that of girls.In the dimension of optimism,the score of students from non-single-parent families is significantly higher than that of students from single-parent families.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the state of mental capital and the level of mental health of senior high school students,that is,the more positive the state of mental capital,the higher the level of mental health.(4)The intervention scheme of this study is reasonable and effective.Group psychological counseling aimed at the four dimensions of psychological capital can improve the psychological capital status of senior high school students in a period of time,and then improve their mental health level.
