The 21 st century is a century of frequent exchanges.Interpersonal dependence is increasing and communication is becoming more frequent.As a vital part of the knowledge economy era,middle school students must have good interpersonal skills in conformity with the development and transformation of the times.However,during this period,middle school students need to face the tremendous changes in the body,mind and environment.It is a crucial period for the development of life.If the interpersonal relationship is not handled properly,it will not only cause serious adverse effects on the body and spirit,but also lead to various psychology such as irritability and depression.Health problems.The interpersonal skills of middle school students are more and more valued by people.Social relations and interpersonal skills have become important predictors of student anxiety.There are many factors that influence the development of their abilities,not only from the young people themselves,but also from schools,families and society.Then,among the many influencing factors,family education is the foundation of all education,and how much influence does it have on the interpersonal skills of children? As parents of family education,can parents' education level also affect their children's interpersonal relationships?This paper selects the 2013-2014 China Education Tracking Survey Data(CEPS),and based on the relevant theoretical basis,determines the mechanism of the relationship between parental education,parenting style and inter-female interpersonal skills,and then proposes the relationship hypothesis between the three.Construct a multiple regression model.Then,using the Stata13 software to statistically,measure and analyze the sample data,the results of this study are obtained.The study found that:(1)the level of education of parents has a significant impact on the interpersonal skills of the offspring.As the level of education of parents is improved,the ability of interpersonal communication is improved.And the influence from the mother in the four dimensions of interpersonal variables is significantly greater than that of the father.(2)The higher the education level of the parents,the positive influence on the children's respectful understanding,strict requirements,and emotional warmth;the negative impact on the refusal to deny.This is the same as the essence of Annette Lareau's "collaborative training" theory.Parents have different social and economic status and different ways of parenting.At the same time,parental relationships have different degrees of influence on family education,especially the emotional warmth dimension,once again demonstrates the family system theory and is consistent with Heider et al.(3)The parenting style can significantly predict the interpersonal skills of middle school students.When parents respect,understand,and demand warmth,the better the interpersonal relationship,the stronger the interpersonal skills.When parents refuse to deny their children,their children's interpersonal skills are worse.(4)The parenting style plays a part in mediating between the educational level of parents and the influence of interpersonal skills.It also confirms the predictions of Adler and Ostrove that there are certain mediator variables between child development and family socioeconomic status.According to the characteristics of this paper,the research object is selected as junior high school students,and the parenting style is taken as an intermediary variable to systematically construct the influence mechanism of parents' education level,parenting style and children's interpersonal competence,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions based on the theoretical and empirical analysis results.This not only provides useful guidance for parents to improve their children's interpersonal skills,but also provides ideas for the further study of the three relationships in this paper.
