Research On College Students' View Of Career Choice In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,established new ideas,defined new goals,and opened up new journeys.This new historical orientation has put forward new requirements for all aspects of the work of the Party and the state.As a generation growing up together with the new era,college students enjoy the development opportunities and splendid opportunities of life provided,also shoulder the historical mission and realistic responsibility given by the new era.They need to take practical actions to make contributions to the new era.In the specific practice of career choice,they must establish the concept of career choice for college students in the new era,which combines the "choosing one's own advantages" with "choosing the world's needs",and integrates growth and talent with dedication to society,so as to guide them to choose careers scientifically and realize their personal and social values.However,in the reality of career choices,many college students have different degrees of difficulties and problems in choosing jobs due to the lagging and biased concept of career choice.The phenomenon of “difficult employment” in the “doing business is not right” phenomenon exists greatly.In view of this,on the basis of comprehensive and in-depth review and analysis of relevant literature and national policy documents,the thesis clarifies the theoretical basis of the research,gives a comprehensive overview of the career choices of college students in the new era,and uses statistical software to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of college students' career choices view in the new era.Finally,based on the influencing factors,a targeted guiding strategy is proposed.The thesis thus formed the main content of the following four parts.The first part is the theoretical basis of the study of college students' career choice in the new era.The thesis is based on Marx's concept of career choice and Xi Jinping's youth thought in the new era.From the basic meaning and basic requirements of Marx's concept of career choice,it comprehensively analyzes what is the choice of career and what the young people should follow when choosing a career.The main contents of Xi Jinping's youth thoughts are comprehensively discussed in three aspects: youth attributes,youth development and youth education.Therefore,thetheoretical basis and the root of the reference are found for the research of the thesis.The second part is an overview of the career choices of college students in the new era.On the basis of discussing the concept of college students' career choice,based on the special background of the new era,this paper analyzes and summarizes the basic meaning,the connotation of the times and the realistic requirements of the college students' career choice concept in the new era.On the basis of Marx's theory of career choice,the internal structure innovation of college students' career choice concept is divided into: career choice cognition(what is career choice),career choice motivation(why choose career),career choice value orientation(choosing what kind of occupation),career choice ethics(how to choose occupation).The third part is the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of college students' career choice in the new era.Through the data analysis of 623 questionnaires from six universities in Sichuan Province,it is found that college students have a clearer understanding of the choice of owners and objects in the cognition of career choice,but the understanding of the employment environment needs to be further improved;The material motivation and mental motivation are obvious in the motivation of career choice,but the value motivation is insufficient;Although the value orientation of career choice tends to be personal development and social dedication,the consciousness of serving the grassroots is not enough and some college students pursue too high material interests;they can follow the basic moral value requirements in career ethics,However,the sense of integrity and equality needs to be strengthened.In terms of the analysis of influencing factors,based on the existing research results,innovation has joined the research on the influence of peers and employers on the career choice of college students in the new era.The fourth part is the thinking of the guiding strategy of college students' career choice in the new era.Based on the background of the new era,based on the current situation and influencing factors of college students' career choices,this paper proposes the goals and principles of the new era of college students' career choice guidance,focusing on the college students themselves,analyzing the subjective guiding countermeasures of college students to improve their individual concepts,improve individual shaping and accumulate individual capital to the new era of college students' career choices,and analyzing the objective countermeasures from five aspects: society,colleges,families,peers and employers.
