| In order to investigate the application value of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy in mental health education of secondary vocational school students,24 students,from the 2018 freshmen in a secondary school in Tianjin and participating in the psychological interview after the mental health survey,volunteered for the research.They were randomly divided into three groups(eight in each)for follow-up research.Group 1 received group counseling of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy.Group 2 received mental health courses of freshmen adaptation.Group 3 was a blank control group.Group 1 received 8 group counseling sessions for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy,while Group 2 received 8 mental health courses for freshmen adaptation.Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was used in all three groups before and after the test.The conclusions were as follows:(1)The students were randomly divided into three groups of eight in each.There was no significant difference in demography.The three groups were homogenous.(2)Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in the ten factors of Group 1(EMDR group)between the pre-test and post-test,and the intervention effect was obvious.(3)Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in the total scores of Group 2(psychological course group)between the pre-test and post-test.(4)Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences between the pre-test and post-test in Group 3(blank control group).(5)Statistical analysis showed that Group 1(EMDR group)had the best intervention effect,followed by Group 2(psychological course group).(6)Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy had a significant effect in the intervention after the general survey of mental health education among the secondary vocational school students. |
