Research On Mental Health And Education Strategies Of Secondary Technical Vocational Students In Qinhuangdao

Secondary vocational students' mental health is not only one of the expression of secondary vocational students' overall quality,but also the measure of secondary vocational schools' mental health education effect.The general educational system of secondary vocational schools is three years,and a few professions' educational system is two years or four years.The students are mostly in the age between 14 and 18 years old.The adolescent students' mental state is unstable,they need to be given reasonable and effective interventions or guidance by school in order to achieve the purposes of secondary vocational students' psychology with health growth.This study intend to find the potential problems by analyzing secondary vocational students' mental health status and psychological health education status,then put forward appropriate countermeasures for the future of the secondary vocational schools' psychological health education based on these issues.Now I choose the students from three secondary vocational schools in Qinhuangdao city as the respondents,using the method of completely random sampling,randomly choosing three grade students as subjects,statistical analysis of the survey results.On this basis,put forward some suggestions for secondary vocational schools' psychological health education.The results of this study are as follows:Firstly,17.21% of secondary vocational students may have moderate or severe mental problems,of which 4.54% may have severe mental problems.At the same time secondary vocational students have no gender differences,but they have differences between urban and rural areas,only child and non-only child,grades.Secondly,the psychological health education in secondary vocational school which in Qinhuangdao city still have some issues remain unresolved.Problems include: there are some deviations in the school education system,the breadth of the psychological health education is not enough,students' satisfaction is not high,the strength of teachers is relatively weak and so on.Thirdly,the statistical analysis showed that the secondary vocational students' mental health and psychological health education was significantly positively correlated,indicating that psychological health education in secondary vocational schools affects the genuineness of secondary vocational students' mental development.Fourthly,we put forward countermeasures for secondary vocational schools' psychological health education in Qinhuangdao at the macro and micro aspects.On macro scope we improve the system of psychological health education in secondary vocational schools;on micro scope we put forward countermeasures for the status of secondary vocational students;multiple strategies to promote mental health education.
