Archery,as China's potential advantages,is an Olympic sport known for its precision and stability.At present,China is in the decisive stage of the 13 th five-year plan period,trying to build a strong sports country.Therefore,the daily training of archers has become an important park in the development of archery.The Release Techniques is the most critical part in the whole archery technology,and also the essence of archery technology.The correct release movement directly affects the shooting rate and archery score.This paper makes a comparative study on the electromyography characteristics of Release Techniques between excellent male archers and ordinary male archers in Shanxi Province.The purpose is to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance reference for the training of shooting and Releasing Techniques for ordinary male athletes and to improve their shooting and Releasing Techniques.This article uses the documentation method,expert interview method,comparative method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method,takes 12 outstanding and common male athletes of archery team in Shanxi Province as the research object,tested myoelectricity archery release stage of archery team in Shanxi Province between outstanding and normal male athletes,analyzing the muscle electromyography through the test data can get a real-time and accurate understanding of the archery team in Shanxi Province outstanding male athletes and ordinary release stage in the process of male athletes training muscle internal activity state and coordination of various muscle groups involved in concerted action,so that the release of ordinary player technique to conduct a comprehensive analysis,through the analysis concluded that:(1)In the stage of archery broadcasting,the main exercising muscles of excellent athletes and ordinary athletes are deltoid muscle,trapezius muscle and latissimus dorsi muscle,and the contribution rate of integratedelectromyography of these three muscles of excellent athletes is greater than that of ordinary athletes;The muscles with the lowest contribution rate of elite athletes and ordinary athletes are arcuate ridge muscles and arcuate ventral external oblique muscles,among which the contribution rate of elite athletes is smaller than that of ordinary athletes.(2)Through the Shanxi Province outstanding and normal male athletes during the release phase muscle consistency analysis,excellent male athletes with bow lateral deltoid,a bow at the back of the contralateral trapezius muscle,with bow the latissimus dorsi,with bow side vertical ridges,trapezius muscle by the side of the bow,bow side shaft sma,the bow lateral external oblique abdominal muscle force higher consistency;The muscle force consistency of the posterior arcuate deltoid,arcuate trapezius,arcuate erector ridge and arcuate external oblique of ordinary male athletes was higher,and the coefficient of variation was all below 10%.The muscle strength consistency of elite male athletes holding the external oblique of the bow side,the posterior of the deltoid of the bow side and the latissimus dorsi of the bow side was moderate.The muscle strength consistency of platysma,external oblique,posterior deltoid,trapezius,and latissimus dorsi on the bow side was moderate,and the coefficient of variation was within 10%-15%.In general,the muscle consistency of elite male athletes is better than that of ordinary male athletes.(3)According to the t-test of the mean value of the electromyography of the muscles between excellent male athletes and ordinary male athletes from Shanxi Province in the broadcast technical action stage,it is found that there are extremely significant differences between the excellent male athletes and the ordinary male athletes in holding the arcuate deltoid muscle,the erector ridge muscle,the abdominal external oblique muscle,the arcuate lats muscle and the abdominal external oblique muscle.This indicates that there is a significant difference in muscle stability between them.There is a less significant difference between excellent and ordinary male athletes in thebow-pulling side erector spinae,which indicates that the difference in muscle stability between the two is small.There was no significant difference between elite and ordinary male athletes in the arcuate trapezius,arcuate deltoid and trapezius.It shows that the muscle stability of the two is similar.
