| Volleyball in the last ten years in the technical and tactical play compared with the past has undergone enormous changes,the traditional teams in Europe and America gradually abandoned the "hold high to play"play,combined with the current world volleyball tournament play changes in the mainstream features,Large-scale use of "simple,fast" style of play,compared to some of Asia’s traditional emphasis on the rhythm of the team,the pace of speed has been a clear advantage.Volleyball in the world of rapid promotion,greatly promoted the world’s volleyball comprehensive technical level.However,unfortunately,although the Chinese men’s volleyball team has also made some development,but the overall level of development is still unsatisfactory.Especially the shortcomings of the shortcomings of blocking capacity is a long-standing,it is seriously restricting the Chinese men’s volleyball in international events on the large-scale development.As an important defensive movement in volleyball,blocking is not only an important basis for the successful completion of defensive work,but also an important scoring point for any volleyball team has important practical significance.For the modern men,s volleyball team,the completion of the quality of blocking action has also become an important tool to influence the results of the game,so this issue more in-depth research and discussion,has important practical significance and theoretical value.Based on the effect of terminal release training on the speed of volleyball players’ block movement,the volleyball players are trained to improve the volleyball ability of volleyball by means of end-release training method,so as to improve the athletic ability.Methods:Literature,expert interviews,experimental method,mathematical statistics,the use of Beijing University of Sport Science Research Center has produced the Australian Smart Speed infrared laser guns to block the movement of subjects,half-meter mobile test,use Smartspeed speed meter 30 meters running 0-10,0-20,0-30 meters of the sub-test.End release training rack.The 8-week training intervention was conducted to the men’s volleyball team of Beijing Sport University,and the statistical analysis and comparison of the indicators before and after the test were conducted.The results are as follows:1,the end of the release of training can effectively improve the volleyball player’ s speed.2,in the short distance 10 meters and 20 meters sprint to improve significantly.3,there is no significant difference in blocking response,there is significant increase in block movement and take-off. |
