From the national level,the Education Steering Committee of the State Council issued the "Notice on Developing Special Governance in school bullying" in April 2016,the "Guidance on Preventing Bullying and Violence among Primary and Secondary School Students" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and other major national departments on November 1 of the same year,The notice of "Strengthening the Comprehensive Treatment Plan for Primary and Secondary School Students" jointly issued in November2017 to the "Implementation Measures for Strengthening the Comprehensive Treatment Plan for Primary and Secondary School Students(Trial)" issued by Guangdong Province on November 12,2018 at the local level,and the documents on relevant policies for the prevention and treatment of school bullying issued by Tianjin,Liaoning,Jilin,Qinghai,Shaanxi,Henan,Anhui,Zhejiang and other seven provinces in the same year,fully reflect the national government's extreme attention and high importance to the school bullying incident that has long been neglected by people and has produced adverse consequences frequently in recent years.However,in the past,people used to regard the school bullying incident only as minor matters that were not important,such as minor frictions,quarrels,jokes,practical jokes,etc.among students,and did not pay due attention and attention.As a result,bullying incidents occurred in junior high schools in our country one after another.Therefore,how to effectively prevent school bullying's behavior in junior high schools will undoubtedly be a significant and urgent task.Judging from the existing research results,the research methods seldom use quantitative analysis,and mostly discuss the prevention and control countermeasures of school bullying's behavior in junior high school from the experience level,and seldom give targeted prevention and control countermeasures according to the results of empirical analysis.On the basis of reading and sorting out a large number of literature,this study makes a comprehensive review of the research status of bullying behavior in schools at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and from physical bullying,verbal bullying,relational bullying.Five dimensions of property bullying and cyber bullying were designed to understand the current situation of bullying behavior in junior high school schools,and based on the internal factors of junior high school students and family causes,The school factor and the social culture environment factor four dimensions design the campus bullying behavior influence factor questionnaire,selects the author home to Henan Ye County Xindian Township Junior Middle School,Longquan Township No.1 Middle School,Ye Gong Middle School.The students from three junior middle school schools were sent out by questionnaire,and the collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0.In the descriptive analysis of bullying behavior in junior middleschool campus,it is found that different forms of bullying behavior exist in junior middle school campus,which affect the school life and physical and mental health of junior high school students.The difference analysis based on background variables shows that there are different degrees of differences in bullying behavior in junior middle school campus,including gender,grade,academic achievement,personality,boarding or not.In the investigation of the influencing factors of bullying behavior in junior middle school campus,the results of correlation analysis and regression analysis show that individual,family,school and social environment factors all affect bullying behavior in junior middle school campus to varying degrees.Finally,based on the empirical results of theoretical basis and analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and cure bullying behavior in junior middle school campus from four aspects:individual,family,school and society.
