In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of campus bullying in China,and the problem of campus bullying has become the focus of wide attention from all walks of life.Bullying on campus not only does great harm to the physical and mental health of middle school students,but also has a negative impact on the school spirit and study spirit.The research on school bullying in China started late,and it was not until the 1990 s that relevant researches were carried out by experts and scholars.However,with the continuous efforts of the Chinese government,the Ministry of Education and experts and scholars in various fields,the research on school bullying in China is gradually going deep and comprehensive.In January 2021,the Ministry of Education said it would actively cooperate with the NPC in revising the Law on the Protection of Minors and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Criminality,and establish a legal mechanism for preventing and controlling school bullying.It is clear that tackling school bullying has become a national agenda that cannot be delayed.Taking Xi 'an S Middle School as an example,this study conducted a questionnaire survey among 350 students in three grades of middle school to understand the current situation of school bullying in S.Through the sorting and analysis of the questionnaire data,the reasons behind bullying phenomenon were further explored,so as to provide targeted prevention and treatment countermeasures,promote the scientific and standardized process of campus bullying prevention and treatment,and promote the comprehensive development of "anti-school bullying education practice".Research shows that bullying behavior is significantly related to gender,grade,grades,mood state,interpersonal relationship and family economic situation.Individual factors,family factors,teacher factors,school factors and social factors all play a role in the occurrence of bullying.Combined with the results of the analysis above,aiming at the problems in all aspects,the author gives the corresponding control strategies: school to update the education concept,strengthen the bullying prevention and control work,improve teachers' comprehensive qualities,help family education difficulties,the teacher wants to update management idea,improve personal professional quality,class management mode,parents should change the way education,create a harmonious family environment,and improve the personal qualities.
