Teachers' professional identity can help teachers establish correct professional values,and has a great role in promoting teachers' teaching effectiveness,professional development and teachers' sense of accompli-shment.The improvement of teachers' teaching effectiveness is based on the teachers' professional development,the improvement of teaching ef-fectiveness is the purpose and destination of teachers' professional development.Based on the investigation of the relationship between professional identity and teaching effectiveness,the research on the promotion strategies of primary school teachers' professional identity can help teachers to fully understand teachers' professions,judge their teaching ability,correctly understand themselves,reflect on thems?elves,and examine their own professional attitude and professional ability,relieve the pressure,and maintain their physical and mental health.This research adopts questionnaire to investigate the status of professional identity and teaching effectiveness of 250 primary school teachers in Handan.Based on the relationship between them,the promotion strategy of teachers' professional identity is studied.The results of the survey show that the overall level of professional identity of primary school teachers is relatively high,at the upper-middle level.For the Individual variables,there are significant differences in gender,marriage,age,teaching age,education and preparation.For school variables,there are also significant differences in the school area,salary,grade of teaching and class size,primary school teachers have higher levels of teaching effectiveness,which are upper-middle level.There are no significant differences in gender,marriage,and grade of teaching,for the variables:age,teaching age,qualifications,preparation,title,school area,salary,and class variables etc,there are significant differences.There is a significant correlation between the professional identity of primary school teachers and the overall level of teachers'teaching effectiveness and the dimensions.The higher the professional identity of teachers,the better the teaching effectiveness.Under different variables,there are different correlation between teacher professional identity and teaching effectiveness.Based on the relationship between teacher's professional identity and teaching effectiveness,this paper proposes the promotion strategy of teacher's professional identity from the educational environment and teachers themselves:improving the status and treatment of teachers;promoting the humanization of school management;strengthening the professional identity of undergraduate teacher education to normal students.Cultivate;rationally arranging the preparation of teachers in urban and rural primary and secondary schools,improving the teacher evaluation system;enhancing teachers' self-cultivation and mastering the adjustment methods.
