With the deepening of the new era,the core quality of mathematics subject is deeply concerned by teachers.Mathematics has a great influence on cultivating students mathematical operation ability,mathematical modeling ability.However,in the actual mathematics teaching class,has the very large part of junior high school students to have the difficulty in mathematics study,manifests in the solution application question aspect especially.The ability of students to solve mathematical word problems is closely related to the inverse quotient of mathematics.At present,the study of junior middle school students mathematical quotient has made certain achievements,but about mathematical quotient and mathematical relations among learning research has not involved.On the basis of sorting out the relevant literature,the research question is determined to be the relationship between the inverse quotient of junior high school students and the learning of mathematical application questions.In order to study the above problems,literature analysis method was used to analyze the previous literature and determine the research ideas.Secondly using questionnaire survey method,according to the rule of thumb,sample size percentage sampling in three schools in tianjin city junior high school from 500 subjects,extend quotient mathematics test and test the junior middle school mathematics word problems learning situation questionnaire,the questionnaire reliability are acceptable,as the entry mathematical quotient and junior high school students mathematical relations among learning inquiry experiment;Finally,the corresponding data are analyzed by statistical analysis method.After data collection and SPSS statistical analysis,the main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)junior high school students are in the middle level of mathematical inverse quotient,and their learning of mathematical application questions is in the middle level.(2)gender has no significant difference in mathematical inverse quotient.(3)there was a significant difference in the inverse quotient of mathematics among junior high school students.(4)there was a significant difference between grade 4 and junior high school students in the level of inverse quotient in mathematics.(5)there is a positive correlation between the level of mathematical inverse quotient and the learning of mathematical application questions of junior high school students.The higher the level of mathematical inverse quotient is,the higher the ability of learning mathematical application questions is.Teaching suggestion:Teachers should pay attention to and cultivate students'level of mathematical inverse quotient,improve the current situation of students'learning of mathematical application problems from the perspective of mathematical inverse quotient,trace the roots to the source,and find the right remedy.
