A Study On The Implementation Of "combination Of Physical Education And Education" In The First Team Of Swimming Events In Shanxi Province

The“combination of sports and education” is a mode of cultivating sports talents put forward in 1980's of our country.Shanxi's swimming events(note: swimming in Shanxi includes swimming,diving and water polo,the same as below)have trained a large number of sports talents for the development of sports in the country.However,there are still many differences in comparison with the economically developed provinces and cities.Especially in the combination of physical education and education,the implementation of talent training mode needs to be further promoted.This paper takes the athletes,coaches,athletes' parents,scholars and experts of kinematics research in Shanxi Province as the research objects,using interview method,literature review method,questionnaire research method,logical analysis method,field view.The mode of "combination of sports and education" for the first-line swimming team in Shanxi Province was studied by means of the test method and so on.This paper reveals the present situation of "combination of sports and education" in the first-tier team of swimming events in Shanxi Province,finds out the problems among them,and puts forward some countermeasures.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained in this paper,The main results are as follows:(1)The understanding of the combination of sports and education is not unified.The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Sports exercise the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with their own goals and tasks,and the Ministry of Education and Sports takes into account their own interests and establishes a set of regulatory,choice,operational systems,as well as athletes,Parents and coaches also have different ideas and understanding of the operation of the combination of sports and education.(2)The contradiction between learning and training of the first-line team is prominent.Because there are many tasks such as professional training,competition and so on,it is difficult to guarantee the time of learning culture class,and the continuity of teaching content and learning system has beengreatly interfered with,which leads to the continuous decline of students' interest in learning.It is difficult for athletes to devote enough time to study,which has become an important reason for the contradiction between learning and training of the first team of swimming events in Shanxi Province.(3)Material security needs to be improved.In the development of the mode of "combination of sports and education",the implementation of material security mainly includes funds,scientific training conditions,teaching material conditions and so on.This plays a very important role in stabilizing coaches and athletes.(4)The rules and regulations need to be improved.The rules and regulations of swimming events in Shanxi Province are well implemented,but the system still needs to be improved.The perfect operation mechanism is the key to the sports training of front-line athletes and the effectiveness of culture and education.The rules and regulations are not perfect,which leads to athletes' aversion to learning,not positive,no goal,wavering ideologically,don't have to study,get diploma.(5)The construction of coaches and teachers should be improved.With the gradual improvement of the competitive level of swimming events,the role of coaches has been gradually shown,which has played a key role in the improvement and development of athletes' competitive ability.Coaches formulate reasonable training plans and supervision systems.It is not only a prerequisite to ensure the excellent performance of high-level athletes,but also the key to cultivate first-team reserve talents.On this basis,we give the following countermeasures:(1)To establish a unified understanding of the combination of sports and education.The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Sports should establish a correct understanding of ideas,cooperate with each other organically,and pay more attention to the mode of "combination of sports and education".Shanxi swimming team managers,coaches,athletes parents should change their concept.(2)To promote the development of the combination of learning andtraining.While athletes focus on training,they use limited time to learn culture lessons.We should adhere to the principle of practical approach,follow the law of sports development,ensure that under the condition of scientific training,we should mainly carry out quality education and train athletes' own learning ability and interest.(3)To improve the material security.Step by step increase the investment in the training and logistical support of front-line athletes,actively improve the situation of venues,equipment and facilities,improve the nutritional subsidy conditions for front-line athletes,and speed up the development and improvement of swimming events from both hardware and software aspects.For Shanxi first-line sports team personnel training to provide more guarantee.(4)Perfecting the rules and regulations and standardizing the education and management of front-line athletes.Formulate and implement a set of cultural and educational systems and related countermeasures that are suitable for sports training and meet the laws of education.To ensure the preciseness and scientific nature of the general educational norms,it is also necessary to perfect the school system,student status supervision,curriculum design and evaluation scheme from the actual level of the front-line sports team.(5)Strengthen the construction of coaches and teachers,do a good job of training and continuing education,reward work.Through selection,introduction,training,training and other ways to strengthen the construction of coaches and teachers.Take various ways to stabilize the team of coaches and teachers,lead coaches,teachers regularly participate in training and learning,constantly enrich the training skills and cultural theoretical knowledge of coaches,teachers,strengthen the reward work system to track the reward policy.
